            I have received 9 pieces of unsolicited advertising within the past few weeks from this company in my mailbox. It is an unwelcome level of mail. I'm tired of throwing away useless advertising from them and wish to have my name and address removed from whatever list they use to deliver advertising. I have been returning this unwelcome advertising by writing "Refused" on the envelope and putting back into the mail to be returned. Apparently they don't understand that I'll never be a customer and they need to stop sending me mail.

            Was not informed that repaired hearing aids were using outdated parts until the third repair and ultimate cost to me $475.00 on September 12, 2023. Even after the needed “repairs” with a six month warranty, the hearing aids never worked properly again and I moved my business to another vendor who has been more than supportive. Would not recommend this business for hearing aids.

            We understand your frustration and would like to clarify any misunderstanding. As most hearing aids that are worn in the ear ~16 hours/day - exposed to body oils/cerumen, humidity, physical use, we do see them needing maintenance and repair. Your devices were sent back to the original manufacturer for repair. The age of the hearing aid resulted in an increased repair cost and a 6-month warranty. Please know the parts are from the original manufacturer who made your devices. We strive to do our very best in ensuring the devices are repaired for prolonged use. Your repair warranty is in place if you continue to have any issues in the coming months. We appreciate your feedback and are here to support your hearing needs.
