  Last may I finally bought a guitar from you after researching it. I have many takamine12strings and six strings. I also have ovation12 and six. I’m was always looking for “ the guitar” .Finally I order a six string African mahogany guitar which I loved. Then last June of 2024 I ordered a 12 string as it came with the bogo guitar. After not getting any guitar and calling once a month last Nov a gentleman answered and I explained I ordered in June still no guitar . He was really nice and said I have 2 in stock which do you want? I told him you pick it out. Well he sent me the 12 string black faced guitar. I loved it. It was beautiful. After a couple of months aging it sounds better than ever. By the was I think the bogo guitar is excellent. All your guitars have a beautiful full very balanced sound. Thankyou for your guitars and excellent customer service Kenneth C*******

  I had a great experience with Zager Guitars. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. The guitars are beautiful and the 80 series has a rich, mellow sound that plays like butter. The string spacing really makes playing easier. I recommend anyone with larger hands give these guitars a try. You won’t be disappointed.

  My Xager guitar is a work of art. It sounded beautiful right out of the box. I love to craftsmanship that went into making it. Since I'm a beginning player I also appreciate the instructional library. With lots of practice I hope to do the instrument justice and I thank the zager family for putting out such a beautiful instrument.

  Hello Betty, and anybody else that may get this email, I believe my scrutinizing time has expired and just want to say that I love this guitar. I looked for every or any reason not to like it. I took it down to Guitar Center and I played some of the most expensive guitars they had. Most didn't sound as good as the free one you gave me with my 90 purchase. I am a believer. I have not gone on the site to take lessons yet; although I plan to. It seems as though no matter what guitar I'm playing, once some warm up time has been used, I seem to make the instrument sound better. I think I'm becoming a better player. Developing some confidence. It's only taken 50 years. I believe part of it is because of how I have learned to play your guitars. Also a Mexican Martin and an Epiphone. But mostly the 50 and 90 I got from you. Thank you for your patience with me. This is a major investment for me and I didn't take it lightly. I wish I'd seen the Vegas address earlier, I would have stopped in and said hello. I still will if I get there or by Nebraska.

  I love my Zager guitar. I haven't picked up a guitar in 52 yrs. I was learning the guitar many years ago, but the young man who teaching me was killed in a tragic auto accident. So, I just kind of quit the guitar way back then. But, now I'm on this journey of learning it all over again. I sincerely appreciate them offering the layaway program, it was a big help in me getting this guitar. And, then there was the huge surprise of getting the BOGO deal as well. That was over the top.

  I have been following Zager guitars for about 6 months. I had previously bought 3 other well know brands, but was not happy with the extensive setup required to make them “playable” for me. The Fit, tone and sustain just was not to my liking. When the anniversary edition sunburst 900 CE OM was offered, I could not resist buying it. I am a cautious buyer especially on expensive items. I have been playing musical stringed instruments for about 10 years mostly Ukulele , banjo and now guitar ( just starting) . I’d Call myself a late stage beginner helpef by my significant ukulele experience. I received it about 10 days ago. It is absolutely beautiful! The Craftsmanship is flawless! The from the factory setup was perfect. The action height was midrange which was stated in the paperwork. At some point I will lower the string height although the touch is do light I may not ! I immediately tuned it up… great built in tuner BTW….. 7 days later the tune was still near perfect. That really surprised me! I must have told my wife every day how happy I am with the instrument. The tone and sustain is amazing! As a relatively new player on 6 strings as Denny zager has said, the neck shape, string spacing, and fret design make it easy to play. Again I am thrilled. This guitar has exceeded my expectations. Thank you Zager Instruments…… did I say it was gorgeous!!

  I have a 50 year old Martin D28 that sounds great, but became difficult to play due to aging hands. I heard about Zager easy play guitars, so I researched and ordered a ZAD50. I received it promptly, tuned it and it plays great...significantly easier than my Martin. Since, I purchased a ZAD50CE mahogany. It's a beautiful instrument with great sound, and required a light touch. I love it.

  I stumbled across Mr Zager’s website and was very impressed by the quality of guitars he was making. I purchased the ZAD80CE “AURA” Black Lacquer guitar. It has just the right nut size to fit my hand comfortably. Making it easier to accurately play cords, with no finger pain. I am so excited about how much I love this guitar I am telling all my friends and music teacher. Thanks Mr Zager for perfecting this very excellent made comfortable to play, great sounding guitar.
