  I have been following Zager guitars for about 6 months. I had previously bought 3 other well know brands, but was not happy with the extensive setup required to make them “playable” for me. The Fit, tone and sustain just was not to my liking. When the anniversary edition sunburst 900 CE OM was offered, I could not resist buying it. I am a cautious buyer especially on expensive items. I have been playing musical stringed instruments for about 10 years mostly Ukulele , banjo and now guitar ( just starting) . I’d Call myself a late stage beginner helpef by my significant ukulele experience. I received it about 10 days ago. It is absolutely beautiful! The Craftsmanship is flawless! The from the factory setup was perfect. The action height was midrange which was stated in the paperwork. At some point I will lower the string height although the touch is do light I may not ! I immediately tuned it up… great built in tuner BTW….. 7 days later the tune was still near perfect. That really surprised me! I must have told my wife every day how happy I am with the instrument. The tone and sustain is amazing! As a relatively new player on 6 strings as Denny zager has said, the neck shape, string spacing, and fret design make it easy to play. Again I am thrilled. This guitar has exceeded my expectations. Thank you Zager Instruments…… did I say it was gorgeous!!

  I have a 50 year old Martin D28 that sounds great, but became difficult to play due to aging hands. I heard about Zager easy play guitars, so I researched and ordered a ZAD50. I received it promptly, tuned it and it plays great...significantly easier than my Martin. Since, I purchased a ZAD50CE mahogany. It's a beautiful instrument with great sound, and required a light touch. I love it.

  I stumbled across Mr Zager’s website and was very impressed by the quality of guitars he was making. I purchased the ZAD80CE “AURA” Black Lacquer guitar. It has just the right nut size to fit my hand comfortably. Making it easier to accurately play cords, with no finger pain. I am so excited about how much I love this guitar I am telling all my friends and music teacher. Thanks Mr Zager for perfecting this very excellent made comfortable to play, great sounding guitar.

  I received my Zager ZAD20E guitar and thought I would leave review! I’ll start with the case, very high end, would’ve expected a gig bag but instead got a form fitting hard case with temp/humidity gauge! The accessories that came with it are crazy!! Strings, picks, tuner and capo, all high quality!! Opened the case and found an absolutely perfect instrument!! Quality is amazing! After some minimum tuning began playing some chords and strumming! Guitar feels and plays just as nice as it looks! The voice projection is amazing!! I had to remind myself what I paid for it! As an owner of several higher cost Taylor’s this guitar fits right in! Customer service is also extremely good ! Very pleased with this purchase

  My Travel size Zager guitar has turned out to be everything I was hoping for. My first impression was the case and the fact that it was nearly perfectly in tune even after going through the shipping process. The next thing that really grabbed my attention was the quality of tone for a reduced size guitar, rich and full, I was thrilled with the sound. I work part time for a hospice organization. I purchased the travel model with the intent to take it into homes, nursing facilities and hospitals as I visit and interact with those facing the closing days of life. Not only has it worked out perfectly for this purpose, I have clients who make it very clear they enjoy the music and expect me to have it with me at every visit. Thank you for offering such a fine instrument at such a fair price. I'm a proud owner / player and have you to thank.

  Hello Zager Guitars I want to say is thank you, thank you. I followed your instructions regarding getting rid of the buzz that I was hearing up around the 13th fret of the beautiful guitar i purchased from you guys. I wet 5 cloths and placed them inside the guitar for 72 hours and I just tuned the guitar back up and played it.... amazing , The buzz is gone, just as you guys said. Zager guitars....,you guys and girls are a class act. You responded almost immediately when I sent my initial email regarding the problem I was having with my ZAD50CE /N I'll never purchase a guitar for any other company.

  Everything from this company is false. Guitars are not American made. Quality control is non existent. I bought their 900 59th anniversary special first one was sent back next day took me a month to get the second one which had a neck that was not flat. Both guitars were garbage. You can't get anyone on the phone and the responses to e mails are either AI generated or just a stud. Reply that never adrersses the issue. They offered to send me their model above the one I ordered but they don't make a model above mine so I asked them to refund me the difference if I had bought the 800 model. They refused. I bought it in Affirm by the time I got the second one I already owed the interest on my account. Do not buy their story or lying marketing just go buy I guitar that you can play first. This company is just a marketing company over charging for South East Asia garbage with woods that are green not aged at all. I wouldn't pay 500.00 for the 2,500.00 guitar they sent me.Tske your 500.00 go buy a Yamaha for 500.00 ang you will have a better guitar. I have played guitar for 50 years. This is the worst guitar Zi ever played.

  Recently my son, James, sent me one of your electric parlor guitars as a gift that he purchased from you. I have been playing it for about a month and it has become the first guitar that I pick up of my 5. Even though one of those 5 is a 1978 Guild D55 that I purchased new from Terminal Music on the old music row in NYC. This Parlor guitar has a light comfortable action as it came out of the hard case that you sent with it. Very nice quality at every level with a bright clear tone. Very much fun to play. Don't get me wrong, I like my Guild a lot!  I bought it new all those years ago.  However, for some reason when we reach towards our guitars....the hand just seems to go where it decides it wants to go!!  My hand has been reaching for this Zager Parlor guitar. Go figure!! Lou P Litchfield Park, AZ PS: I sent a chat note to the Zagers after closing hours the other night with a small question. I expected a response maybe a day or two later. Wrong. They responded via email within 45 minutes with a great customer service response. Nice to see that!
