My husband got a purchase agreement on a Friday night from Tom there. Said we would finance from our own institution. We were finally able to sign papers for the vehicle on Wednesday only 5 day later to purchase and pick up the vehicle. He informed my husband that he already sold the car on Monday to someone else only 3 days after the purchase agreement was made. Said that the purchase agreement was for only good for 48 hours. NO ONE told my husband this, and NO WHERE on the paper work does it say that the purchase agreement is only good for 48 hours. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM. Tom was rude, and said that he didn't want our car on his lot since it was a hybrid, if that was the case why would he do a purchase agreement. When I called and confronted him he LIED and stated that the car was still for sale and doesn't know why my husband would claim that it was sold. Tom also wasn't able to start the car. My husband had to show them how to start the car by pushing the key in and turning at the same time (a feature to that car), and Tom kept claiming that it wouldn't start. His "trusted mechanic" couldn't start it either. I wouldn't trust the mechanic and whatever he could do to any cars there. THIS is an underhanded and shady dealer. I would never recommend this place to purchcase a car. I feel like we dodged a bullet and am happy that he sold the car. After seeing some reviews will never ever go to this lot again, and would recommend anyone else other than him to get a car from

Do NOT buy from this dealer. Got a Chevy Cruze from him in September and it was trash but January. Took it to two different shops for estimates and found out multiple blown head gaskets and needs a total engine replacement! Came to the dealership today, there is a 2014 Cruze for sale I asked how much and was told it was being sold for 9.8k and has 89k miles. The Cruze we bought has more miles and he charged my son 13k. When I asked what is the policy of the car had issues after buying, for instance over heating as (having recently found this out) this is a major issue with Cruzes in this age range. He said and I quote “why would you want to buy it if you’re scared of it” and laughed. I explained the situation and he then proceeds to tell me that “I would never buy a Cruze just because I know of the problems” when I asked why he sold one to my son if he wouldn’t even purchase himself he said there was nothing wrong with it when he sold it. He was extremely rude and very unprofessional, not offering a single bit of advice other than to say that a scrape yard would purchase for 400$. Rude, unprofessional and scammy dealer. Zero emotional intelligence or even a shred of human decency. Do NOT buy here.
