      My wife went to the Arona store in Council Bluffs to pay off our loan early. She was tired of Arona hitting her account 12 to 15 times before the date agreed. She went in and waited a while before a salesman offered to help. She asked for her balance, the amount still owed on the account, and how many completed payments. Their balance was higher to pay off than it should have been. At that point, the salesman was over-talking and loud. He was a rude bully, hostile, and threatening individual. My wife was there to pay off the bill, not to argue with him. She left thoroughly upset with her service dog and unresolved the issues. Reaching Mr. Jay B*******, the regional manager, he corrected our payments, thus showing it was paid in full, thanking us for being good customers and paying our bill on time each month. Thank you, Mr. Jay B*******, Regional Manager.

      They need to learn better business etiquette I've had this discussion in the past with corporate office but I see nothing has changed and feel nothing will my son and ex girlfriend was on contract with them and purchasing a PS5 his girlfriend moved out took the item with her then took her name off the contract and left him paying for something that's not in his possession why should he have to pay for something he doesn't have in his possession very unfair if you ask me do better arona

      They give to much run around they do no calls and no shows leaving the customer hanging when they do come out they don’t complete the job I have a tv that turns pink u have to unplug it for a long time they have pics of it two times I took pics I changed the had cord did the same thing turn pink they come out unplugged the he cord put it back in says nothing wrong with it and left they won’t give corpate numbers at all what bad I pay on this tv every month and on time

      Im making payments on a dryer and fridge. I love them dearly but I’m getting so sick of rude the Lincoln Nebraska office is. I won’t ever refer anyone to that location. Yes I get that I owe 662 for May and June. I just had my ankle cut open may 1st and it has split open so had to go in for another surgery and has split back open so dealing with infection and not being able to walk on it all has sucked. I plan on making a payment in two weeks but they are demanding a payment by tomorrow or they are coming to get it. My husband gets paid in two weeks but that Delfina has been so rude and doesn’t care what anyone is going through. I can’t wait to get this paid off as I will never go through them again as I really wanted to get a bedroom set but not after dealing with Delfina

      At first I was researching and looking for a washer and dryer set, my current furniture place has been leaving me disappointed so I was curious about this establishment and possibly changing establishments entirely to this store if all worked well. I didn’t get much information on the products unless I asked questions. But when I talked to the manager John he was redundant and didn’t even let me finish a sentence. I immediately felt like my business was unworthy of even hearing a few more words! Didn’t feel care, or even human decency for a sales establishment..
