We moved in March 12th 2022 and on the 24th our heat stopped working and ended up dropping to 62 degrees when I set it at 80, no big deal we called for a maintenance and they came right away and fixed the problem. Fast forward to March 30th, it completely stopped working again after they "fixed" it. Our heat just kept dropping from 78 to 72, even though I set it at 80. Fast forward to 4 hours later it completely stops again, so I submitted the request. Then my fiancé receives a call from a ********* lady from the leasing office saying how it's impossible for our heat to reach 80 due to us having vaulted ceiling's. Another issue happened this pass summer. The maintenance man entered my apartment unannounced. He knocked once and unlocked the door and saw me half naked. My * year old daughter was also half naked because we just took a shower. I didn't request a maintenance or receive anything about a maintenance coming. Being a woman home alone by myself with my * year old daughter is very scary. I then called my fiancé immediately and he called the leasing office and they did nothing. Fast forward to November 18th our heat had problems and maintenance came to change out the filter. Fast forward to November 30th our heat is down again. I set it at 79 degrees and it's currently tempting at 75, it's been at the same temperature for 2 hours. It's also 25 degrees outside.

My family and I have been living here since March 12 and so far everything was great. The amenities, the parking, and the lady named Ebonee who helped us with the move in process was very helpful as well. But on March 24th our heat stopped working and ended up dropping to 62 degrees when I set it at 80, no big deal we called for a maintenance and they came right away and fixed the problem. Fast forward to today March 30th, it completely stopped working again after they "fixed" it. Our heat just kept dropping from 78 to 72, even though I set it at 80. As soon as I went to request a maintenance it started working again, so of course I didn't go forward with the request. Fast forward to 4 hours later it completely stops again, so I submitted the request. Then my fiancé receives a call from a very rude lady from the leasing office saying how it's impossible for our heat to reach 82 due to us having vaulted ceiling's. That makes absolutely no sense, we lived in a third level apartment with vaulted ceiling's in the past and the heat worked perfectly fine. She didn't even send out a maintenance nor acknowledge the fact that our heat is dropping. Mind you it's 37 degrees outside and snowing. Not sure what her name is, but she's a white older lady. Also forgot to mention how they let dogs run free with no leash. Also our oven was dirty when we moved in, along with a dead bug on the wall. The building reeks of cigarettes too. They have a couple of pot holes that needs fixing. Always read reviews before moving in or you'll be stuck leasing a horrible apartment for 12 months.
