I purchased a keyless remote for my Lexus from this company and they did not clear it from the previous owner. I did not know this and called a locksmith to reprogram it for my car and he told me that he could not do it as it was faulty and still has the old owners programming on it. They sold me a faulty product. I paid $44 for a trip fee that I would not have incurred if they sent me the right product. I called customer service and they refused to reimburse me for this cost even though it was their fault that I incurred this cost. They claim to be an outstanding company but you need to take ownership when you sell a faulty product.

TOTAL SCAM -Sent me a used FOB instead of a new FOB like I ordered -Instructions for programming lead to a website that doesn't give instructions or allow you to plug in vehicle info -Since it was used, it was unprogrammable, even by the dealer

Hello, We do sell used OEM remotes. They are not brand new. We also clear out all prior programming so it can be programmed to your vehicle. I do have you down for a refund. We emailed you the prepaid shipping label for a return on 08/25/2023. Once we receive the remote back, I will be more than happy to issue you a full refund. Thank you!

I like the service I received. I purchased a FOB for my 2010 ******* Milan from Keyless Entry Remote INC. I could not get the CR2032 battery to fit correctly into the FOB. I called them and sent it back to them. They sent the Fob back the same FOB I had sent back to them with a battery installed. For $10 I had an honest locksmith cut the key portion of the FOB. Then I programed the FOG myself according to directions according to their website. It worked. I would have paid $100 to have the locksmith program it. The Dealer wanted $289 to sell me a Programmed FOG I paid about $45 total for the FOB, the key cutting and the battery. A video showing how to get the battery for my FOB to fit in the Fob would have prevented me from having to sent the FOB back. Still, I give them 5 stars
