      Have had 4 " late charges " and have proved all 4 to be wrong. They will print out a spread sheet. If you are lucky enough to work with these sheets you can point out where the issues are. I feel bad for the employees and managers in the banks I have had to do physical business in. They mean well but are clueless. Just doing their job. Paid off the loan early to avoid more issues. Never deal with this bank.

      i also wish i could o stars on three different dates i mailed car payments on time they cant cash for the design on checks so they charge late fees i have cashed over 10000 checks with different business in my life never was one of my checks not cashed for the design am paying off loan as soon as possible will never business with them again called customer once and was told they cashed my check checked with my bank and found american national lied to me never cashed check but charged late fee

      I wish I could grant Zero stars on this awful company!!! I am 50% owner of a LLC company. My business partner purchased a company vehicle and the loan got processed by this bank. We only needed the loan for about a year, at which point I called to request a payoff amount for the loan. Despite having the loan paperwork and all verification in front of me, they would not speak with me or give me a payoff amount so I could mail them a check!!! They said they could only speak to the named individual despite it being a loan to a corporation. I offered articles of organization, signature authorization etc and they treated me like a scam artist. The thing that really frustrates me is that they allowed the loan to be created under my company without needing my authorization to create the loan? but then will not let me call and get a numerical amount to send them a check for payoff of the loan???? NEVER DO BUSINESS with this bank if you have any other options!!!!!!!
