Do NOT Sign up for this company. They are happy to lie about what it does, they use Salesforce to operate their team because their own software can’t do the job. When you discover they have lied during onboarding they will NOT refund you. Instead they will Keep your money and keep you under contract.Buildertrend Response

They Sold me a Ball of wax... there program was not as their salesman told me...and i used this program only in a Demo and now they charged me $200. I specifically asked for a program that i can make my Proposals very pretty...nicer than Excel They promised me yes...can do color and enlarge the Fonts on each item. When i on my own...tried to make an estimate and Proposal...no color no highlighting. the program may well be okay for some...but how can they charge me $200 for a Demo only. I shall continue to find more software better to my liking. I do not recommend this company...bad policies and bad interactions. thank you BariBuildertrend Response

Our sales demos are always free. The $200 was intro pricing for your first month of service when you signed up to become a Buildertrend customer. We stand by the capabilities we represent in demos. Please consider us again in the future and we will be sure to show you how to professionalize your Proposals through the customization tools you were looking for.Review from Connor N

Go here for the full used car salesman experience. Our so-called demo provided little information about the services and the rep showed little to no technical knowledge about the product. Every technical question about the service was met with the same or similar response: Once you are signed up we can do XYZ. After a full 20 minutes of being pressured to sign up on the spot we came to the conclusion that signing up for a month would be the only way to get any real information so we caved in. What was supposed to be an onboarding call a few days later somehow felt like even more of a sales call, and the next call couldn't be scheduled for a full week. 2 weeks into our subscription, we have received zero benefit from this service and we are actively pursuing a refund. Is there a lemon law for software?Buildertrend Response

I had meeting with them and I did sign up for there services based on what they told me in meeting. Then things changed. Told them I didn't want it and there is no refund available. I said charge me 1k not 4k. Tried be fair. They are a scam. My fault but figured I would let people know so hopefully won't happen to someone elseBuildertrend Response

Hi Jason. Thank you for trying our software and we are sorry you are dissatisfied with our payment processing. Customers who are on an annual agreement are eligible to to apply for payments prior the 6-month waiting period. The credit card processing time is in-line with payment processing standards for this type of service.Review from John H

This company is a SCAM. Do not sign up for a free software demo!!! After the demo I told them that it's not a good fit for my company. In my opinion telling them that I will not use their products or services was a refusal of services, a cancelation. Several months later I noticed a $399 transaction that I didn't recognize on my Amex. Then I looked back and realized that they had charged me $3,291, so I immediately called and demanded that they refund my money. They flat out refused so I called American Express and disputed the charges as fraudulent. In the meantime Buildertrend continued to charge my card a total of $3,789 until I had Amex block them as a merchant. To date, Amex has thankfully refunded $488, but Buildertrend, a company with no principles, stole $3,301 and gave me nothing in exchange. I never used their software. You should not either.Review from Brandy C

We did a demo with this company to see if the software was something that would work for us. We bought 1 month to see if it was a good fit for us. It turned out not to be what we were looking for so we decided not to move forward with them. We never agreed to any subscription or signed up for anything yet our business account was charged for a subscription. While going over expenses we noticed the charges and reached out immediately to their support department on 09/19/2023 and spoke to a gentleman who advised he would cancel our subscription and refund any monies that had been taken from the account from June 28th until present. That did not happen. I called back to support once again on 10/2/2023 because the account was charged again on 9/28/2023 even though the subscription was supposed to have already been cancelled as of 09/19/2023 per the previous phone call. The individual I spoke with this day advised the account keeper would be reaching out to us to go over the issues and her name was Paula W*******. Paula never bothered to reach out. I then called back on 10/3/2023 and the lady I spoke with advised Paula didn't bother calling because she was not in the office and I couldn't talk to her at that time because she was "in meetings" all day and could reach out to me the following day. I once again heard from no one so I emailed Paula. Long story short Paula was also NO HELP and advised she would cancel our subscription (even though there should not have been a subscription to begin with) but refused to refund any money! I would not do any business with this company and I would definitely shop around before even attempting to do a demo with this sorry company!!!!Buildertrend Response

These guys are insane! This guy quinn will not stop calling and emailing me. Our company is not, has not and never will use their product. There are far better options out there and even if they were the best, I would not use them simply for how pushy they have been. I have said no at least 4 times now and my partner has as well. How do I make the calls and emails stop? I have a business to run and cannot continue to waste my time with these jokers! DO NOT USE Buildertrend!Buildertrend Response

I don't know who this Abby girl is but she calls several times a day leaving messages. Today I picked the call up knowing it was her. She started off by stating she has never called before in which I politely told her was untrue. I then asked to be taken off their list. She became combative stating no and how do I know we don't want their service. I told her again to remove me from the list and she stated she didn't have to. I then raised my voice and said I was in mood for her b******* and to stop calling! She hung up. I hope this is the last of her.Buildertrend Response

Pushy sales person. I should have known that if the product can't sell itself, it is not that good. I was hi pressured into placing a "refundable
deposit" to be able to see a demonstration. The demo never happened and I couldn't get my $ back. Even when I canceled they continued to take unauthorized $ from my account. *************************************************************** ******
