The company STOLE my initial deposit and refused to return it to me. They claimed my address was not valid and it is valid, has been my address for years. They are beyond corrupt. My $100 would have been thousands by now had they not stolen it.

This company has some shady business practices, regardless of how much you have in a position they will charge you in the event of a reverse stock split as well as steal your shares and offer you cash in its place. Long story short my 45 dollar position is gone and I owe them 30 bucks. Here’s your warning, don’t do business here!!

I opened an account with TD Ameritrade and tried to get approved for a tier 2 cash account. They wasted 2 months of my time. Their client service reps obviously aren't educated on rules, I talked to approximately 10 different reps, and they all told me something different. One of them recommended I take one of their courses which I wasted my time doing. I provided all information required several times. I spoke to several supervisors, but was told that the department that approves options upgrades isn't client facing. The last supervisor I talked to refused to allow me to talk to a supervisor above her. I feel like I was discriminated against because I am a woman and my last name is Hispanic.

I am an American citizen who lives and works abroad. I have had an TD Ameritrade account for a couple of years. Due to the fall in some stocks and a reverse spit I was charged $38.00 mandatory reorganization fee on stocks whose value was half that of the fee. I wired $100 cash to their CitiBank account in Ireland only to never see that money appear in my cash balance. This was on April 15, 2022 and here we are today just a couple of weeks shy of the anniversary. I had contacted them on multiple occasions with the details of the wire. Every single time, I received the same canned response "it takes 7 - 15 business days to process international wires" but this was after those 7-15 days. Now that they are moving to Schwab, I got an email informing me about the upcoming change. As a result, I was reminded to check and see if they had ever resolved the issue with my deposit, which they still have not. I have sent quite a few angry messages and emails to try and get this resolved. These are the shameful antics we have grown accustomed to from our corrupt, rotten-to-the-core and greed-ridden individuals centered in finance. Absolute scum of the earth. May karma serve swift and constant reminders to them and their families of "what goes around, comes around" as their actions not only affect their clients but also that of their client's families.

These people approved me for a cub cadet card. Blocked my card instantly. Then sent me a letter saying my account was fraudulent. Without even trying to verify it wasn't. They said I reported it as fraud which is a lie. There customer service says reapply for the card and I do this then I’m denied. What a terrible company to deal with. I filled a dispute with cub cadet. They said this has happened multiple times and they are looking into using other reputable credit company’s to handle the financing. Good job td of making cub cadet look bad. All I know is you all better get your open account and hard pull off my credit report. Or else I’m filing with consumer financing protection don’t forget about that big time and lawsuit that comes along with it. Get your customer service together .

Bought **** shares on Wednesday 01/18/23 and on Friday 01/20/23 all shares are shown -100% day gain and therefore 0$
value. Actual stock is still listed and closed in normal price range everywhere else.
Hands off! Government controlled scheme as it was on frozen positions from Russia in 2022. Rip off!

When I first opened an account with TD AMERITRADE, I was excited starting placing trades and doing fairly well, until once day. Tried to log into my account and couldn't, called customer service and was told they would be holding funds for 60 days basically explaining that I made too many trades at one time. I still don't understand how my account could be closed for that reason. 60 days passed and I still have not recovered funds. They're hold $4600 and every time I call, I'm being told something new or no one can get in touch with the department. Will never recommend TD AMERITRADE TO ANYONE, WILL GO INTO ****** AND TELL EVERYONE TO FIND A NEW BROKERAGE COMPANY.

I have 2 complaints about TD Ameritrade. 1. Their paper money account gives unrealistic fills and profits. It leads traders to believe they are a better trader than what they actually are. When you switch to real money, you actually lose money where you would have made money in the paper trading account. How is this allowed to happen? They are knowingly deceiving people. 2. I made a trade at the morning bell on 12/2/22 that was a limit order. the lock was on so that the trade should not have been filled above my price. The trade filled at a price at EIGHT TIMES my limit price. I called and the person I spoke said there is nothing to do about it. Needless to say I lost a substantial amount of money on that trade.
