      Schwab could be worse, so there's something nice to say. I have no good things to say after my experience.

      Stay away at all costs!They stole $400k when one of their overnight brokers screwed up an order and they are refusing to let me listen to the call. Lawsuit here we come!

      27+ year trader and this is the worst brokerage ever. I was an Ameri trade account holder. ********************** purchased ***** trade. Multiple times I had sent funds of 190k to credit into my account and, although they located it, they could not credit and sent it back multiple times. They could not even push forward a simple wire. This company is inept and caused me to lose over 100k due to their lack of ability to take care of customers. Highly recommend finding another brokerage if you want to make money and work with an efficient broker. I will be moving my money to another. Their managers are not able to rectify issues effectively as well. Every time I call they do a lot of talking, even when escalating, without resolving the issue. **********'s customer service was exceptional and moving to Schwab has really hurt the brand. Trusting your equities with Schwab is a risk from my interaction and I have lost 100's of thousands in gains due to their ineptitude. Highly recommend seeking other brokers!!!I am a CEO myself and value my customers better and it's a shame they don't listen to their customers, or find ways of resolution, to better their process. They are losing a long time day trader and past loyal customer (more of ********** as I would never recommend Schwab!!).

      I spent 10 days trying to fund my recently opened Schwab One account with no success. 2 phone calls later with Schwab customer service did not resolve the issue. This is not my first Schwab account so there should not have been any problem. I have lost all confidence in Charles Schwab to handle my investment needs.

      I have been trying to open an account with this company for literally 4 months. Every single time I call in to check the status I am being told a different story. The professionalism I have experienced is just terrible. It appears this company is extremely unorganized and confused with their processes

      Just opened account, was excited to work with Schwab. Took the time to link my two bank accounts so that I could easily transfer money into my Schwab account. Also was excited to try out their stock slices. In less than two weeks my account gets locked out, no explanation. Says there is a issue and they need to verify my identity. After two phone calls and verifying my information there was still no response. Also there is no way to directly contact their fraud department, THAT IS A RED FLAG RIGHT THERE. All of this and when I call again they tell me that they are closing the account for business reasons!! What business reasons, I AM A NEW CUSTOMER!! No explanation at all. This has to be the worst company I have ever had dealings with. The poor people that work for them and answer the phones were nice but the way the company is being run is straight TRASH!!

      Totally deceitful. Our community came together and raised money to benefit our child who is medically fragile and in need of special lifelong medical and caregiving. One volunteer who represents schwab helped guide us set up a special needs trust so that this money can earn interest for our childs benefit. As we set the account up, ********************** offered us a debit card for the easy of using funds as needed. After many months of caring for our child we noticed Schwab was borrowing us the money and charging us interest. A lot of interest!!!! When we realized this we called and they told us we set the account that way. Why wouldnt they explain this to us. Why would we borrow money that is out there for the childs benefit. When we brought it to their attention they said, nothing they can do. We spoke to many people who never called back. Then wrote a letter, no resolution.

      Where is *********** Schwab uses poorly trained and non registered employees to answer your account questions. These inexperienced **** are Schwab's answer to low commission policy. Beware and Watch Out

      I have had way too many bad experiences with financial institutions. I know that Schwab is not BBB accredited, but it does have a rating of A+ (rather rare), and my experience affirms this rating. I find Schwab to have excellent customer service, available 24/7. They make less mistakes than other institutions (no one is perfect) and the reps are usually knowledgeable (or they know where to find answers), unlike far too many inept ************ website is also easy to use (with help when needed, always available). Schwab is the only company where I feel comfortable managing a variety of complex (to me) issues. I highly recommend it. I would give it 4 stars, because no one is perfect, but I find it to be the best.
