When it comes to paying out, this company is terrible. They take your money right away yet you have to wait weeks for a refund. Find a better company this one isn't a good one.

They cancelled our policy unlawfully. I had a conversation with a representative and prior confirmation via email that the policy wouldn’t cancel. However, I ended up receiving the cancellation notice and called right away. I cannot to this day get a response from anyone. The policy was cancelled 5 days ago. Leaving us without insurance. We purchased a workers comp policy from biberk,salesperson was lovely, we signed up paid the deposit, i believe we made 3 payments.Then we received a cancellation for 9-19-24 reason because they say we missrepesented our services on our app> the question was do we work 30' underground answer ,no, do we work 30 ' above ground answer no , we drill holes to certain elevations, some times 2' some times 60' we never work in the holes we drill , or spaces that we blast out, the excavator does, not us, i explaned this to them, and they completly understood yes they said makes sense, they tout Warren Buffett all the time use him in their sales pitch , i would too, hes a mann of honor if they or he knew how they treat people he woulf fire them all wholly dissapointed, completly blown away about it !biBerk, by Berkshire Hathaway Response
