    biBerk pulled a bait and switch when what was promised was not delivered. I had to cancel immediately and get a policy somewhere else. They are still harrassing me claiming I owe them $90.12 for payment due. I told them not only will I not pay their fraudulent company any more money, but I expect them to refund every dollar I already paid them (not holding my breath). They have now assigned a legal firm to shake me down with the threat of hurting my credit. Warren must really need that $90. Very sorry I ever heard of this company!

    Worst insurance company. Took a whole month just to get my insurance correctly sent in even after I sent a cheat sheet with everything highlighted. Then 3 months later my insurance was cancelled for non payment with no notice sent out to me. Now I'm trying to reinstate it and it looks like another month will go by before they can get it right again even with me sending them a cheat sheet and calling everyday. I've been hung up on several times once by Kim the supervisor because I can't wait on hold to review my docs to make sure they are sent in correctly. Now I'll have to wait on hold for an hour before another person answers the phone.

    Stella B... Was very professional, grateful and very helpful in my process and trying to open up my business with this company by getting me personal liability, general liability and as well as workman's comp. She knew her stuff and how to get answers quickly. It was an easy process less time than I expected that it would take and it was joyful working with her highly recommend her for anybody that's looking for this type of Insurance.

    After evaluating three companies for small business insurance for my management consulting sole prop LLC, I chose biBerk. Very happy I did! Not only were the rates the best for the same level of coverage, but the website experience was top notch. Best of all, I was lucky enough to connect with Paul G, who helped me navigate the process when my client threw a couple of curveballs my way. All around a great experience!

    I used Biberk for 3 years without a problem. In year 4, they doubled my rate. In year 5, they doubled it again--all without providing notification. They claimed they mailed it to me, yet they don't even have my suite number on their records (which I provided when initially setting up the insurance). They provided no electronic notification--yet emailed me every receipt and every other notification. I was notified electronically the same time they charged my card for TWICE the scheduled amount. Unacceptable.

    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against BiBerk regarding the abrupt cancellation of my business insurance policy without any prior notice. The consequences of this cancellation have been severe, resulting in both financial losses and operational disruptions for my business. Policy Type: Commercial Auto Insurance Paid in full prior to cancellation I received a letter from the Department of Public Safety stating that my business was operating without insurance coverage. Upon investigating, I discovered that BiBerk had canceled my policy without notifying me. I had no claims against the policy, which makes this situation even more confusing and frustrating. To resolve this matter, I contacted BiBerk's customer service and spoke with six different representatives. Unfortunately, none could provide a satisfactory explanation for the cancellation. While they expressed empathy for my situation, their inability to deliver concrete answers and solutions only
