I don't even want to give this company a 1. I started taking my 10-year-old dog there in November 2022. Let's just say I have never had to deal with an unprofessional company like I did with Deb's Diamond Pet Parlor. The lies and constant staff change is unreal. I had an appointment scheduled for my dog on 4/10/2024, now remember I have been taking my dog here since 11/2022. I get contacted by text, never called and stated out of the blue the owner found notes which I was never aware of that they wanted me dog to be sedated on some type of medication because she has no proof but was told my dog tried to attack the last groomer. My dog has had several haircuts since 2022, why is all of a sudden you contact me only by text stating they will not groom my dog unless she is sedated. I never had to sedate my dog before. My dog has never ever bitten anyone or attacked anyone. She is a full-blooded cocker spaniel and is very loving and loves to cuddle. I asked for proof of the notes on my dogs account about any aggressive behavior or trying to attack someone. The owner could not provide any paperwork. Since I found it unprofessional to text in regard to this, I called the owner. She was very unprofessional, yelling/screaming during our conversation. She even hung up on me 3 times, stating she lost connection. So unprofessional. I told her they always had to cancel my appointments because she had to fire staff or because they were all quitting. She said I always cancelled my appointments but again I have a text from her stating she had to cancel because some of her groomers walked out on her. Then it took 3 months to get in again. If you want to get lied too, blamed for an aggressive dog and get charged ridiculous prices for a dog haircut $90.00 for a 25 lb dog then have fun at this place. I recommend telling your friends and family to not waste their time with Deb's Diamond Pet Parlor.
