    I orederd my plants 4 months ago with the online confirmation stating 7-10 shipment window. It has been four months. They charged my card immediately. Yet they did not ship " because of the weather". When asked for a refund they said 20% restocking fee. When asked if my plants will be set aside and be bigger sized by the time I receive them, I got ignored! Was told these will not ship until the Spring of next year. This is not acceptable, they should not be allowed to blame the weather and not have a maximum time frame! They have the audacity to charge you 20% for something you never get! Scamming people in plain site and the government is allowing it! Shame.

    I ordered quite a few plants from this company the first week of August 2024, a total of 8 plants I believe. I have only received two of them and the other plants I'm being told will be shipped when they will be shipped. Literally no other information is available for the $350 worth of plants I'm still waiting for, no estimate time of shipping, nothing but the same excuse of we couldn't ship them in a reasonable amount of time because of the summer weather conditions. I honestly think they don't have my plants and are waiting for me to claim a refund which they still want to charge me a fee for restocking. Ridiculous to not receive a product from a company in ALMOST FOUR MONTHS. If I do receive my plants now there is frost on the ground and what will I do with the plants leave them outside in the containers ALL WINTER? What a terrible company that probably shouldn't be in business anymore. How do you not have a solution to a shipping problem concerning the heat issues during delivery?

Well my one gallon sized plants will be two or three gallon sized by the time I receive them. I just called them and Desmond is telling me they're busy shipping all summer orders. Well, I only have a 3 week window to plant it was my response. Oh we will "winterize the plants for you and will ship them in the Spring next year. What ?!? Unethical, scam artists. !!!

    I ordered a number of items July 14, 2024 on one of their BOGO sales. Made a note of their shipping date and when nothing arrived, I called. I was given the "too hot to ship" story that others have received. Waited another month. Called again. Same story evolved into, we're starting to ship things now, you should be receiving you order soon. Waited another month and called again to get exactly the same story. I asked if there was another representative I could tallk to and was told, no there was not. I have started the process to dispute the charge on my credit card, but that is going to be dicey because the transaction originated over 90 earlier. It appears this company is doing this on purpose. Do not do business with them.

    I ordered a tree and after waiting a few weeks I decided they were taking way too long to send the tree. They kept saying it was because of weather conditions. They are not good at keeping update of the progress of shipment. I had enough of waiting so I canceled. I have to pay a cancelation fee which is ridiculous because I waited so long to get nothing. Now it's been past 10-12 days and I haven't received my refund yet. They said they sent me my money but I didn't get it yet. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! I'm warning everyone I know about them.

    This company is in the business of not sending what you pay for and then charging 20% when you cancel. I ordered shrubs in both early spring and fall - the spring Oder took longer than a month to ship - so no it was not the weather - and I don’t think they ever intended to send the fall order. Or else they’re selling plants they do not have. Beautiful website- total scam.

    Nature Hills failed to honor its warranty, of 100% coverage if a plant dies as stated on their site under product guarantee. Instead they offered 50% off , not including shipping telling me I did not take a warranty at the time of purchase, The opening statement says "If you have properly cared for your newly purchased plant and experience a loss during the first year, please contact customer service and detail your loss. Then it goes on to say Nature Hills will replace any plant that dies during the first year upon approval of warranty Shouldn't the first sentence say Upon approval of warranty Nature Hill will replace 100% I think this is misleading and inappropriate. I will no longer be doing business with them and I canceled my most recent order and was charged a 20% cancelation fee. Do you think this is right, I don't I see many other similar complaints here on your BBB site. How many does it take t get some action ?

    I ordered a plant, knowing the weather might affect ship time. I personally kept an eye on the weather myself, and I agree there were a few hot days, but less than 5 came close to their threshold for shipping. I finally decided to cancel my order after a month. I admittedly hadn't read the terms BUT upon check out, they are not obviously available nor does a person click saying they agree to them, so that can't be legally held against the customer. To cancel, they wanted to keep 20% as a restocking fee...they didn't restock anything because they didn't send it or even box it. They also claim it's for the effort they had to put into caring for the plant while it was waiting to ship. But okay, they'd have been doing that anyway because they claimed it was too hot to ship, so doesn't matter if anybody ordered or not. They said they'd give a full refund as a credit but I no longer wanted to do business with them. After a lot of back and forth, I finally opened a credit card dispute. It took almost 2 months, but it was ruled in my favor, which means I'm not the only one who thinks they have shady business practices. I do NOT recommend ordering from here.

    Nature Hills Nursery did a really great job for us!!! We sent a dear a tree as a condolence gift - and we live in different cities. They took great care of the entire process. My friend was very touched and just sent me a picture of the tree the other day - showing me how well the tree is doing. Great job!

    My tree was gorgeous upon arrival. It’s beautiful and exactly as described. I highly recommend this nursery! They were fast and friendly and the trees are gorgeous!
