    My plant arrived w/ brown marks on the leaves and looked like a common disease. I submitted a claim on a Saturday evening for it. Monday I had not heard back but noticed there were only four plants left for sale. Thinking mine was diseased I purchased another to ensure there would be one available to me.

    Monday and Tuesday I got no response despite two follow ups. Tues night they finally responded and told me everything was fine. Fair enough. I asked if I could then cancel the second order.

    Wednesday morning they got back to me saying they couldn't cancel because the new order was "ready to ship."

    That implies that if the cancellation was requested earlier that they *would* be able to cancel the order. It didn't get requested earlier because it took them 2 full business days to respond to my ticket.

    They told me they respond to all customer service tickets in the order in which they are received. If a company can fill orders faster than respond to complaints it's not a great sign.

    Wednesday passes, I respond to their email stating their resolution (rejecting delivery-which I can't do since I live in an apartment- and send back to them and be refunded less the restocking fee) was not acceptable to me. The plant doesn't ship that day. They also again didn't respond to my email. Thursday passes-again-no shipment, no response.

    Friday comes-again I follow up, Friday afternoon they said "I requested cancellation on 5/10 after the order was marked ready to ship on 4/28 , they had responded to all emails, and it hadn't taken 2 business days for them to respond." I responded asking how they could possibly say it was marked ready to ship on 4/28 when I ordered on 5/9. I also provided evidence that they had *not* responded to all emails, and they *had* taken two business days to address the ticket.

    They then came back to me saying that "all future communications should be concentrated towards my disputed charge".

    NEVER NEVER order from this group! I have spent almost a year trying to get a refund for a damaged tree that arrived! I have had to take so much time validating an d NOW...a year later and loot of stalling on their part....they will "replace:"....but not "refund almost $50" and who would ever want to go through this nightmare again!
