    Poor customer service . I ordered the wrong item and realized it a few minutes after placing order and they would not cancel it. You see I’m legally blind in one eye and have low vision in other eye and I still make an attempt to craft I misread the dimension since their app does not enlarge. I requested a cancellation immediately and they said no! Now I’m getting an item I don’t need , paid $10 to ship and will have to pay to return it. I’m heartbroken

    I mistakenly ordered the wrong size die. I immediately called the company. The phone would ring and then disconnect. I submitted a ticket and was told via email that I would have to wait until I received the item then return it. I was not able to submit a return online. Called the company and again the phone would ring, then disconnect. I ended up selecting the option for store owners and explained the issue. They could not get through either. The next day I received a call back and was told when they are busy, they have the phone not go through because there are only 2 people taking calls. A return was approved and I mailed it UPS. I show it was delivered on 11/16. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received my refund. I called yesterday and was told it could take up to 30 days to get my refund once received. I asked when I show it was delivered and they said no, once we get to it. This is almost $200 of my money they are holding for who knows how long. Horrible customer service! I will be calling my credit card company to request a refund. I am so sorry that I ever invested in a company that does not care for their customers even though their website says they want every customer to be satisfied.

I have looked into your Return Authorization and there is no excuse as to why this had not been processed in a timely manner. I Can confirm that your refund has now been processed and I have also added some reward points to your account for the frustrating experience you had with us.     I ordered the large electric cutter & decided it was much more than I needed. I contacted them & after several attempts got ahold of them and asked permission to return cutter. I returned it the next day via UPS which shows it received 2 days later. I have never heard anything from them & after several attempts by phone which hung up after waiting approximately 15 minutes…and numerous emails including the ones listed on the site listed as HELP issues, have never received anything back. I have now contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. They have accepted my complaint and are taking it over. With such a nice product it’s such a sadness to see them so dishonest. I paid over $100 to UPS ……this product was around quite a while ago and I think back then they were honest…….i will never suggest this product or company to anyone. I even bought the non electric one after returning the electric one.

I have investigated your return and I am not going to make any excuse as you should have certainly received your refund by now. It appears it got stuck in processing.     I received a duplicate order of an accuquilt dye cut for 2 1/2 squares which will not fit my machine. I called the company and was told that this is my fault. Really? There was no questioning about what I needed. Why would I need two of the same product??? I should have known better!!! Accuquilt refuses to accept returns and refuses to pay for return postage even though I was advised to return the items. I meanwhile made another order and received the correct one. Now I have paid postage for returns for 2 dye cuts and delivery postage for three. AccuQuilt assured me they would credit me for one of the returned dye cuts, which I have not received. AccuQuilt owes me for delivery and return charges for 2 deliveries and one $90.00 dyecut I have used AccuQuilt products for years on many quilts. I'm now soured on AccuQuilt.

    Placed a order and was charged more than the sale price. We have spent $30000 more or less with this company. Customer loyalty means nothing to them. I do not appreciate being ripped off. All they had to do was refund about $40 either back to the payment method or in reward points. However they chose not to. So they have lost a formerly loyal customer.
