    terrible management. always switching property managers. no one ever knows what’s going on. does nothing about mice, mold or noisy AGGRESSIVE neighbors. Had MANY mice for months (we were on the 2nd floor) - they gave us sticky traps and told us good luck basically. my dogs would bark because of the mice running around their kennels during the day, and they blamed us for dogs barking and not themselves for the mice problem. Took all of my deposit and i left the place better than they had it. i replaced all blinds - cleaned whole apartment top to bottom and filled all the holes in the walls. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. wish i could give it zero stars!!! my neighbor and i moved out on the same day, if that tells you again about this place… cheap rent .. but at what cost? and the lady that lives downstairs apartment is insane. steals packages. yells at you when you won’t take her to walmart and has MANY pets that she abuses and can’t afford to feed!! (yes i reported to humane society) she gets in fights w other neighbors constantly!! and yells at people on the phone or outside all the time. the upstairs lady would scream for hours. she would propped the front (shared) door open to let her friends in at all hours of the day and night!! she’d put fully made sandwiches outside. she’d stand outside and yell randomly. there was constantly police there for her. She’d put cat poop in the shared laundry room sink and wouldn’t get her laundry from the dryer or washer for days!! she also attacked the downstairs lady. (although she probs deserved it) We complained nothing was ever done. unfortunately, we were the ones Who got threatened to get kicked out if our dogs wouldn’t stop barking.. EVEN THO it was because they had a terrible mouse problem and didn’t wanna hire proper exterminators!!

    Dear Piper, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all comments seriously, as they help us improve our service and ensure a better experience for future tenants. While we regret that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, we would like to clarify a few points regarding your stay. Regarding the return of your deposit, it was retained due to the extensive number of nail holes that required a full wall repaint, which exceeded what is considered normal wear and tear. We have documentation of the condition of the apartment, including photos, which we are happy to share for your reference. On the matter of your dog barking, we understand that it may have been stressful, especially in light of the mouse issues you encountered. However, we want to clarify that we never issued a formal 14/30 eviction notice. Our communication was intended to address concerns without escalating the situation. In terms of the mice problem, we did respond promptly to both maintenance requests submitted on October 26 and November 21, 2023. We made every effort to resolve the issue, including providing traps, as the situation required. We work diligently with professional pest control when necessary, but the presence of pests in multi-unit buildings can sometimes take multiple efforts to fully eliminate. With regard to your concerns about the behavior of other tenants, we understand how frustrating this can be. While we take all reports seriously, our ability to take action is governed by the lease agreement and the law. We addressed complaints within the boundaries of what is legally permissible and took appropriate action when possible. For example, the other tenant you referenced, who moved out the same day, was evicted due to a physical altercation with another resident. We strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all our tenants, but there are challenges that come with managing communal living situations. We remain committed to maintaining the highest standards for our properties and residents.
