Normal wear and tear? I don't think so. I took my vehicle in to have an alignment done and two NEW tires on 9/22/2023. The experience was not a good one that day. My car was 3 hours later than I was told it would be ready because they were having issues with their alignment machine. One week ago, 5/7/2024 I took my vehicle in because this is how the tires were wearing. I was told it was normal wear and tear and I could purchase new tires. Really? Thats how this company operates? They don't stand behind anything when it has only been 7 months and 2 weeks and the tires look like this! I emailed their customer service email along with an employee email one week ago to give them the opportunity to make right or even respond. NO ONE HAS REPLIED STILL!!!!! I did not want to put this on social media, but I feel like everyone should know what kind of service you receive after your $700.00 purchase.

We tried calling the phone number that you provided on the initial complaint the day that you submitted the email. Our District Manager called that number twice and left a message once. The customer never called us back. We called again on 5/14 and listened to the complaint over the phone. After we discussed the complaint, Jensen requested that a receipt to be emailed from another business to clarify services that were performed by the other company in relation to the alignment. The customer agreed to send the receipt to the District Manager by the end of the day on 5/14/24. The receipt has not been received. After the receipt is reviewed, we will determine the course of action.

I needed a section of metal brake line replaced and Jensen gave me the lowest estimate. I wanted an OEM part, so I had already confirmed with a local dealership that it was in stock. Jensen (on Spaulding) said they would procure and install it. 1st strike: the dealership quoted $8 for the part. On the estimate they provided, Jensen was going to charge me $125. When I pointed out the discrepancy, the manager Hal said he got the part # wrong and corrected it. Ok, fine. 2nd strike: I inspected the repair at home and it looked as though it had been done by a monkey--I believe the part was actually installed backwards. It (a pre-bent OEM brake line, mind you) was ran all janky and only secured to 1 of 4 mounting brackets. It had obviously been re-bent and straightened out to make it roughly fit. There was brake fluid smeared everywhere and the firewall insulator as left unsecured and floppy. I brought my car back to Jensen and showed them the issues. The mechanic who performed the repair immediately apologized and admitted it was a rushed job. Initially, the manager (Hal) said he would have a new line reinstalled at no charge--ok, fine. 3rd strike: The manager then told me I was lucky he only charged me $350 because it was really a 5-hour job as the part couldn't be installed without removing my aftermarket "big" turbo--it's not, it's just the stock turbo. Then, after waiting in the lobby for a while, Hal brought me back into the shop again and tried to argue that the line had actually been installed properly, but it was obvious someone had just reached in and bent the lines some more to make it fit a "little" better. After some back and forth, he agreed to just give me a refund. I went home, performed the install myself on jack stands in my garage with basic hand tools in about 2 hrs for only $50 with a brand new OEM brake line and 2L of fluid. It went in like butter as is, all I had to do was loosen the air intake and boost hoses to make enough room.

I lost all respect in the integrity and honesty of Jensen Tire and recommend not trusting Jensen Tire for any tire or auto repair. I had a very slow leak in one of my tires on auto, Jensen Tire informed me that there just was a small pin hole leak on the sidewall and they would not repair it. When I went to Jensen Tire, my tire was losing around three pounds of air pressure every week. When I left to go home, I started losing three pounds of air pressure every hour. The low tire pressure warning came on even before I got home. Jensen Tire somehow made the pin hole bigger, so the air would go out at a much faster rate and resulting in the tire to go flat sooner (that was confirmed by my respected tire repair person). This is their scheme to sell a new $300-400 tire. Consequently, I will never, ever trust Jensen Tire with my autos for their repair of tires or any other service on my autos. In my opinion, this is their very crooked way of selling new tires operation. I heard that is what to expect from Jensen Tire, but never suspected it would happen to me – man was I wrong and experienced it firsthand.

Worst tire service ever at the Elkhorn location! Purchased tires 1 year ago, wearing uneven, had rotated but still in bad shape. Asked them to install a different tire and the idiot installed the tire backwards with the white lettering on the inside. when all the other vtires have the white lettering on the outside. A couple weeks later my tire pressure indicator came on, I found the nail in the tire. I dropped off the truck told them there was a nail in the rear passemger tire. 4 hours later the incompitant person at the front desk called and said they tested all 4 tires and didn't see anything wrong and my truck was ready to be picked up. I told him to look at the first tread on the pasenger rear and he would see a very obvious nail. He called an hour later and said they found the nail and it is fixed, more of my time wasted with an idiot that can't see a nail. It's been a couple weeks and now I see the plug they put where the nail was in the rear passenger tire is coming out, this is unexceptable and the person working on tire repair at Elkhorn should be transfered to the office where they can't screw things up. The guy at the front desk doesn't know what he is doing either!!

I had my oil changed at Jensen tire on Redrock in Lincoln Nebraska in 2022. The next time I had my oil changed, I learned that the previous company had "cross threaded" the plug for the oil pan. The plug was "stripped" and would no longer work. They noted the Jensen tire oil filter and the sticker in the window from the last oil change. They recommended that I return to Jensen tire (as they were the last to tighten that plug) so that they could work on getting a new oil pan on the vehicle for an appropriate fix of damage they caused. I returned to Jensen tire and talked with Todd the store manager and Corey the district manager. They proceeded to give me a bid $879 for replacement of the oil pan and plug. They denied any wrongdoing. They refused to admit that their service member had clearly over torqued the plug on the oil pan thereby ruining the oil pan. They stated that it was my responsibility to fix. I told them I was not going to give them any more money for a problem they created. Later I contacted the Honda dealership here in town and they gave me a quote for nearly $300 less for the same work. Avoid Jensen tire in Lincoln Nebraska.
