This company is two faced lies straight to your face and then to third parties as well, took my car in with multiple individuals who noticed my 2013 Dodge Dart with 79k miles on it that I paid 4500 for, had a knocking in the transmission considered a transmission slip over and over I took it as well due to the A/C and Hearers stoped working, they do state that if there’s any severe issues to have me bring it in within the first 30 days I brought it in and they demanded I pay for the A/C and the Heating, which is 350$, each of the pay statements were off they refused to take any responsibility for their actions and try to make me sound unintelligent and unknowing, with the transmission slips they told me it was my motor mounts which I looked at and they are all perfectly fine, my transmission was slipping in between first and second gear. Jolting while driving definitely not okay and definitely not the best place to purchase a vehicle buy here and pay here lots are forever insatiable as an active addict taking advantage of someone else for their desires. I want my money back and a case will be filed, by wanting my money back I want everything I put into that vehicle and what I purchased it for. Never go there.

This customer was in breach of his purchase contract and we repossessed the vehicle. He was given final warning prior to repossession to take care of the necessary issues and ample time in which to do so. This customer is upset due to the fact that we followed through and repossessed the vehicle. He has been given notice of opportunity to get his car back with specifics on how to accomplish this.
