I bought a car from them test drive was good. So we made a deal didn't even get home and the EPS steering stopped I couldn't steer the car after finding previous owners paperwork in side contact was made and he tells me he traded in the car because of steering problems. Yep. And he told the Internet car lot why he was trading it in. They didn't say s single thing about the bad steering when we was dealing it was a cover up and they knew it. We could have killed someone or ourselves driving without steering. Not it's over $1500 to correct the problem shady shisters dishonest. Stay away from them

Both of my daughters found vehicles they liked, and wanted to purchase. I was in the finance office with both of my daughters buying two separate vehicles and heard everything they were told. First daughter bought a Hyundai, 2 weeks later breaks down in a bad part of town. Had to have the car towed to Internet Car Lot. 2 days later they said a sensor went out and they would repair it for free because she had only had it 2 weeks. 1 week after she got the car back from Internet Car Lot Service Dept. same thing happens on her way to work, 2nd wrecker called and we had it towed to the Hyundai Dealership. TOTAL ENGINE FAILURE and the dealership service department stated it definitely didn't happen over night. My daughter contacted her extended warranty company that Internet Car Lot finance said to 3 witnesses, "you will never have to pay for any repairs because she bought the best extended warranty on the market and it covered everything bumper to bumper " NOT TRUE AT ALL the fantastic warranty company that was represented by Internet Car Lot would only cover up to a certain amount which left my daughter having to pay $5000.00 out of her own pocket. I contacted Internet Car Lot multiple times during all this and they absolutely didn't take any responsibility for this issue. Pure scam artistry. Now a year later her Car was stolen by the KIA BOYS, and destroyed. Insurance totaled the car. Insurance paid thier part and the GAP insurance that Internet Car Lot represented and sold her saying "this GAP insurance will cover everything you owe on the car in case of the car being totaled" paid a portion of what was left. When we contacted the warranty company, they stated the remaining 3400.00 had to be refunded to the Internet Car Lot and the Internet Car Lot would get that to her so she could pay the rest off. She has also had to continue to pay the car payment for 2 months now on a car that was totaled on June 22nd. This is pure bull crap. Don't ever buy from this lot.

We searched our customer database and do not have a customer by your name that has ever purchased a vehicle from us or contacted us. Your review claims to be on behalf of customers of ours but we don't know their names and have no way to research and respond to this. What we can say is our warranty absolutely cover replacement engines. The warranty is through a third party and not through us. Warranty's do have capped labor rates that are very reasonable and will often replace a comparable used engine with the same miles, etc... It's possible that whatever shop you chose to have your vehicle repaired at didn't explain this to you and sold you a new crate engine and charged an extremely high labor rate and made you pay the difference. We have a service center in downtown Omaha and we always work with the warranty company so our customers never have to come out of pocket but we cannot speak for another shop that you chose. In regards to the GAP - again - exceptions are made if you miss or make late payments, etc. so there is lot of unknown items. GAP typically pays 125% of retail value but it's possible your equity was less and they only pay up to the maximum but it's still excellent coverage. If you make all your payments correctly and handle your claim correctly with your insurance company, our GAP company's always pay our customer's claims up to the insured amount. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do since you're reaching out after these claims were handled. We could have done the warranty work if you would have brought the car to us and we would have happily assisted with the GAP claim.

If I could, I would give this place zero stars. I purchased a used car in June of last year. It has a salvage title. I understood the risk. The front bumper begins to fall off. Due to the salvage title, I decided to pay to have it replaced. After 6-8 months working on getting the funds for the work, I take the car to a body shop. I'm told that there is so much damage behind the bumper, it can't be repaired due to liability concerns. The shop sent me pictures of the shotty work that was done to repair the frame and associated components. I'll be happy to share them with the BBB. As a result of this worthless repair Internet car sales had done to the car, I'm at high risk for injury if I'm in a front end collision. Before you buy a used car from this place, have it inspected inside and out. This company's standards are lower than low. Gutter and trash level.

Hi Charles, we're not sure why your bumper fell off 8 months after purchasing the vehicle but there were no issues with your bumper when we sold the vehicle. It sounds like it was damaged. We also cannot speak to the shop quoting repairs but we have our body shop that is more than happy to assist you with any repairs needed. Please contact them to arrange an appointment. Thank you.

Bait and switched during the financing. They advertised the car for 18,987.00 and during the financing they charged me 20,995 and I did not catch it in all the paperwork. L***up the reviews on the Better Business Bureau. I called the GM several times and did not get a call back I called them on 10-19-23 at 9:04 am and talked to Billy R**** and described my issue and forwarded the emails that The Internet Car lot sent me about the price reduction and the email I received from ******* about the price reduction ......no call back. I called them on 10-20-23 at 2:42 pm and left a message for Ryan C*** (General Manager) to call me......no call back. I called them on 10-21-23 at 11:32am and left a message for Ryan to call me back and Billy asked what the call was about and I replied you know and he replied "The Sienna" and I said yes......no call back. On July 30th I received an email from JJ Whitten about a price drop on the vehicle I was looking at. On July 31th I received an email from ******* about a price drop of 948.00 to a price of 18,987.00 On August 2nd I received an email from ******* telling me again about the price drop to 18987.00. I have all these email. So the original price of the car was 19,935.00 when I started looking at it on July 29th. Somehow in the paperwork The Internet Car Lot came up with a price of 20,995.00. The Internet Car Lot could not give a rats butt about my calls UNTIL I posted a poor review on several sites. Now I finally get a call but they responded the way I would think that any BAD car lot would........with nothing but lies and blaming everything on the customer. Again look at the BBB reviews. You see the same thing over and over again. I wish I would have spent halt the time researching The Internet Car Lot reviews as I did researching the vehicle. Yes, I signed the paper work. It was all done over the internet and email. Yes I saw the numbers but I thought they charged me sales tax and fees and that was the difference.

Hi Craig, we are fully transparent to our customers and the history of our vehicles which is why they sign a disclosure acknowledging we explained the vehicle's history to them. This is a good thing and a sign of us being forthcoming and honest. Not deceptive as you claim. We do not sell salvaged vehicles. We only sell rebuilt title vehicles which you can easily obtain full coverage insurance just like any other vehicle at the same rates. There is a big difference between a salvaged and a rebuilt title and we only sell rebuilt titles which have passed state inspections and qualify for nationwide extended warranties, GAP insurance, and full coverage insurance from the major carriers. In regards to the purchase price, we clearly display our price's on our website and and our purchase contracts. Additionally, customers sign in three separate places alone on the purchase contract that clearly displays the purchase price so if you are a real customer, this means you signed a one page contract with the price of of the vehicle on it three times. We certainly do not "bait and switch" our customers. We do have dynamic pricing to ensure our customers are always getting the best prices. Our proprietary software adjusts our prices daily based on the market availability and competitor pricing. Typically our prices always decrease but it is possible for them to increase if the market shifts. The only thing we can think is you saw an older sale price on another website that was not current. Unfortunately our prices are set and the day you purchase the vehicle, that is the price of the vehicle. If you missed out on a sale price from a month ago, etc., we are unable to honor that weeks after the sale expired, etc. just like any other retailer. If you need further assistance, please contact us directly. Thank you.

Inquired about a vehicle and they did a credit check on me. I never applied for a loan just inquiring. And they won't remove it off my credit report which counts against your credit score.

Hi Susan, if your credit was pulled, it's because you submitted a credit application to us to apply for financing. In doing so, you agree to the terms acknowledging that your credit report is going to be pulled as a hard inquiry. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to remove the inquiry. That is controlled by the credit bureaus. You can try contacting them for assistance but I believe you will be told the same thing. For future reference, never fill out a credit application applying for anything if you don't want an inquiry on your credit. Thank you.

I bought a vehicle from this place a year ago and have been calling them every month since then to have my car fixed. I have found out that it was wrecked before I bought it and am having to shell out a bunch of money to get it fixed. I feel that I was done wrong and feel like they have put the safety of my children at risk with this broken vehicle. Something needs done about this dealership. I know I'm not the first to complain about them

Hi Summer, the vehicle you purchased has a clean title so any previous accident wasn't warranted large enough by the state to require a title change, etc... It did not void your warranty and we see you purchased an extended warranty to cover repairs on your vehicle. Our service department is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Please give us a call at 402.991.1112 to schedule an appointment. Thank you.
