We just received our new windows from Window World. I have to say we were thrilled with the personal attention we got, the excellent learning experience from our salesman Todd D****, and great service from the installers. Would hire them again in a minute. Thank you!Review from Julie V

Rarely give 1-star reviews, but this was next level. Short of it is it took them two years after taking 20,000$ from me to install their product - with me having to hound them about the status. After about a year and a half I was told the color of siding we chose was not in stock, changed color, and had to wait weeks after that. Moreover, they had to revisit our home to fix shoddy work, which is still unsatisfactory, and the materials were left on my front lawn for weeks, after explicitly stating not place it there and clearing an area in the back, ergo a large swath of my lawn is now dead. Once they get your money, good luck, it's on their terms, not yours. Hard pass on this company.Review from EM H

After bad experiences with other window companies, Window World was a breath of fresh air. In spite of chain supply issues, and all the other things plaguing society now because of this interminable pandemic, Window World managed to be honest in their delivery dates being delayed, prompt with updates and information, and fair in their pricing. They sent out an amazing crew...James and Cal. They both were polite, professional, respectful, and just all around pleasant to speak with. They had to return more than once due to the size of the job and changes we requested mid-install, and it was a Pleasure to interact with them. James especially took pride in his craftsmanship and made us feel as if he would have done the same level of work on his own home. This company outshone ALL the other much more expensive window companies that we have worked with in the past on our 100 year old home. It is without reservation that we would recommend Window World, and especially the team of James and Cal.
