OCTOBER 22,2024 ORDERED 5 windows. On our contract states ESTIMATED time until install 6-12 weeks. Per Todd would be a little sooner he will put a rush on order. Actual weeks 22. Not 6-12 weeks 22 WEEKS!!!!! MARCH 10, 2025 was when the job was completed. Julia Thompson (owner) on Dec 20, 2024 via voicemail copied and pasted. “Good news is I talked to a manufacture. They were able to bump up your order sooner. They put a rush on it and we're hoping to get everything early to mid January. Couple reasons your windows were delayed more than we expected. I'm so glad you said something. We had to remeasure your windows and change the type of install. We were doing to the beginning of your contract time. And then your glasses is tempered and exterior color is architectural bronze two factors that increase the production time of those windows” I tried and cancel was told I can’t I’m bound by a contract. Per Window World Julia Thompson, company had to come back out and remeasure, change type of install. After, original contract was signed. Why didn’t I get a new contract with my new total? We had to adhere to our end of the contract, but they did not. They didn’t offer any savings or refund for breaching the contract. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY WILL NEVER USE AGAINReview from Gayla H

We just received our new windows from Window World. I have to say we were thrilled with the personal attention we got, the excellent learning experience from our salesman Todd D****, and great service from the installers. Would hire them again in a minute. Thank you!Review from Julie V

Rarely give 1-star reviews, but this was next level. Short of it is it took them two years after taking 20,000$ from me to install their product - with me having to hound them about the status. After about a year and a half I was told the color of siding we chose was not in stock, changed color, and had to wait weeks after that. Moreover, they had to revisit our home to fix shoddy work, which is still unsatisfactory, and the materials were left on my front lawn for weeks, after explicitly stating not place it there and clearing an area in the back, ergo a large swath of my lawn is now dead. Once they get your money, good luck, it's on their terms, not yours. Hard pass on this company.
