    We are buying a vehicle from this business and have had some problems with the vehicle. Right after we purchased the catalytic converter had to be replaced and they knew this but didn't tell us until we took the car back to dealership due to poor performance. That's when owner stated that they knew this and had one in stock to put in. Now two weeks ago we were told to bring our car to the mechanic so that he could replace the motor. The motor that was already ordered was the wrong motor for our make and model so the mechanic ordered a new one and were without a vehicle for possibly another three weeks due to whenever motor arrives. I spoke with owner at dealership to see if he could either give us a loaner or cover a rental car till ours is done. He let me know that he can't do either because of his insurance and left it at that. My husband works all week and I've had to cancel some appointments because of this and we didn't even do anything wrong.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/20) */ Tera, we at MS Auto Sales did agree to purchase and replace the motor in your vehicle. The motor in question was ordered Feb 2nd 2022. It arrived early march and we set a time for you to get the motor put in. You failed to make that appointment so we rescheduled again. You once again failed to make that appointment. My mechanic is very busy and will move on with other customers that actually show up on time. In the time that has passed you finally made the 3rd appointment in which we discovered that the wrong motor was sent. The emissions were different even though they had the same part number. This is neither our fault or the fault of the mechanic. We have a replacement on the way. As a gesture of good faith I waived a months payment on your vehicle. As stated to you on the phone, we will not give you a loaner or a rental or any form of transportation this includes anymore forbearance towards future payments. I asked your husband to watch his language with me and demanding things from us is quite frankly not going to happen. Here is what is going to happen going forward. You are just going to have to be patient while we wait on the rebuilders to get your motor here. Further calls to my mechanic will stop. We will inform you when your vehicle is done and ready to be picked up.
