Worst company I've ever dealt with. All I wanted was for them to take care of what she was hired for, so many imperfections and never corrected. STAY AWAY.

Run they are rip offs. Way over priced and sub par work. Tech that came to my house broke the plumbing under my tub after removing tub drain. This will cost me additional $4-600 in plumbing repairs. They will not make it right.

This customer asked the tech to try to replace drain. Old plastic pipe broke. Tech agreed to fix. This customer would not allow. Cost to fix $50.

Tub and tile reglazing came out Great.

I got quotes from three different companies. This one was in the middle price-wise, and very reasonable. I left a message and they got back to me right away. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me a lot of information about the process that I would not have known or thought to ask. The representatives from the two other companies that I spoke with were very personable but provided me very little information about the process or their product. On the day of the re-finish, they arrived on time and were very professional. would absolutely recommend to my friends and family. If you ever want to fet your tiles and tub surfaces reglazed, Preferred Reglazing is the company to go with. They have been in business for 45 years and know the ins and outs of the industry better than anyone. Highly recommend them!!
