My apartment complex just switched this and I'm so glad I'm planning to move out soon. There's no way to connect my smart TV to the internet, so I can't use it anymore. The wifi speed is absolutely abysmal, hold times for customer services are ridiculously long, and good luck getting any issues actually resolved. I'm furious. Avoid this provider at all costs and avoid any apartment complex that uses them.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Constant outages and blatant deception around wifi speed. Shame on them but truly shame on the property companies and buildings that force residents into paying for such subpar service on such a basic amenity

I can see why theyre not accredited by the BBB. This Wi-fi provider is absolute garbage. The unexplained outages that leave people without Wi-fi for days are ridiculous. My electricity could flicker and it would go out for days. Id recommend something way better than this provider.

This company is deceptive and unreliable. Avoid them. For nearly two years, I have dealt with a recurring Network did not accept connection error. **************** blames my TV, yet my TV works perfectly on other networks, including their own guest network and a mobile hotspot. I even tested it at another location with no issues. If I watch too much TV, they block my resident connection, proving that the issue is on their end. Not my device. Their support calls come from unknown numbers that my iPhone says are a scam, making it impossible to follow up.Untrustworthy service, misleading support, and constant connectivity issues. Stay away.

My wifi has not been working for this entire year so far, I was on hold for an hour last night and was told that they will send a technician out to me and havnt done so in 2 weeks. I have received no email and will be required to pay for this service at the end of the month and have not been able to use it.

Extremely disappointed with the level of service Single Digits has provided me. I live in a student housing apartment complex, and my internet is service by Single Digits. 6 weeks ago, I filed a ticket because I barely have any internet connectivity in my apartment. It took four weeks of calling and writing in almost daily for a technician to show up. When the technician did show up, he merely confirmed my internet was slow and mentioned they'd probably have to install an access point in my unit. It's been two weeks since, and I have called daily to find out when they can send a technician to actually install an access point. They now claim that they are "working on finding the equipment." You're an internet service provider, how do you not have the appropriate equipment? I can't believe it's been 6 weeks since I've filed a ticket and still, to this day, there's no resolution.

The tech support is clearly trying their best given the limited information and useless script theyre provided with by the company. However, this internet provider has terrible communication standards and extremely unreliable service. During the several extended internet outages that occurred in just the past two months, customers were provided with no information at all about the expected time frame for which service was expected to continue or what was being done to fix it. I understand some power issues are out of the control of employees and engineers, but there is absolutely no excuse for the lack of proper communication and consistently poor standard of service. The fact that they pride themselves in serving many campus residences is laughable as students were without internet in their homes for several hours multiple times during finals week.

Single digits is singularly the worst internet service provider in the business. If youre housing complex is considering using them raise h*** with management. If youre considering moving to a community serviced by Single Digits dont. Their tech support is inept and combative and barely speak English. Their service is total garbage no control or access of your router. No ability to pick your own WiFi SSID or password. Its managed mesh meaning when others in the community are online it affects your speeds and bandwidth. Very difficult to work with TIOT, and to top everything off the service is spoty and inconsistent with several daily outages. This company should not be allowed to do business in the **.

This business is a complete scam and joke. As a student that attendeds Michigan State University and has an apartment, I can’t wrap my head around how they are even a company. My WiFi continuously goes out daily. All of there reviews are one stars, and I’m sure if people could choose 0 they would. WiFi is one of the most essential things that people need in order to work, relax and sometimes even function. Some business ??

Student has lived in an apartment for 6.5 weeks. Internet is provided through Single Digits it has been down 2 times, once for 14 days and once for 4 days so far. That is just a little under half the time. When calling Single Digits, call center is polite, and always says there is an escalated call group, but they are not taking calls. They always say, "engineers are reviewing". Perhaps they need more effective engineers. And a management team for the call center that assists associates.
