            I purchased a Mitsubishi heat pump through **** ***** of North Conway NH to be installed by Total Climate Control of Penacook NH. The product and installation was fine and was completed on 10/31/23. I have a receipt from **** ***** but was never provided an invoice describing the model numbers … I would like that for my tax records because they qualify for a $2000 tax credit. **** ***** says they are unable to find or recover this information. I spoke with Total Climate Control 3 times….at first they said they don’t provide that information and call **** *****. **** ***** called Total Climate…and **** ***** told me I would have that information by the end of the day in mid Nov. I got no response. Called Total Climate myself and they said they would be sending it out shortly. One week later, end of Nov, I called again…this time spoke with the salesman who came to my house. He assured me he would send it out “right away”. Now it’s Dec 6 and still no invoice describing model numbers. Any help would be appreciated.

            Total Climate Control, Inc. was the Home Depot vendor for the installation of Mitusbishi Heat Pump at our home in North Berwick Maine in April 2023. The heat pump was incorrectly installed and not working for the first few months, it took repeated calls to them and finally escalation to Home Depot to get them out to service and correct the issues with their installation. Part of the decision process when purchasing the heat pump was the large rebate from Efficiency Maine. TCC Inc. submitted the rebate paperwork incorrectly, without documenting that they had any training on Heat Pump installation. Maine Efficiency sent us a letter to let us know after multiple attempts to contact TCC Inc. they had not received any response, and let us know that the rebate would not be paid unless they responded. We then wrote, emailed, texted and called TCC Inc. in September and October of 2023 all with no response.
