Bought a 2016 ***** Silverado, told the salesman I was buying it for my son for his 1st car. I drove the truck and it seemed ok. Within less than a week the real issues reared there ugly heads ( hows his use if mystery oil and saw dust) . I call the dealership and was told he wouldnt do anything he said I signed a "for parts only " ( which I didnt realize i had done). Either way I once again explained to him he sold me a piece of c*** truck that I cant register here in Mass due to the rot and mechanical issues. The front sway bar bracket snapped off as well as the rear spring shackles, the motor had no oil in it and the water pump leaked like a faucet. The dealer couldve cared less. So now my son has a hunk of metal in the driveway with money he earned all summer long to pay for. This Man knew exactley what he was selling he did it with full knowledge the truck was in disrepair. In reading the other complaints its sounds like this is his "MO" he screws people over on purpose and he knows dam well what hes doing. He should charged with fraud. I spoke t the ******************* and they are going to investigate my claim. Lets hope some justice will be served.

Mr Jack Ciulla did not buy a 2016 Chevy, he bought a 2006 Silverado. He was made fully aware of what he was purchasing, that it was an 18 year old truck and that it needed some work. We had the truck priced very fairly, and we even took more money off for him for him to repair the issues. He was fully aware of everything about the truck. We explained to him that he was buying the truck as is and fully explained all of the forms to him, that he was buying it unsafe without a nh sticker. He got a great deal on the truck and knows exactly what he bought hes just one of those customers that will never be happy

Im 75 years old and he told me and there was a write up that I have a picture of it on my phone saying theres no check engine light nothing was wrong with the car, and I didnt get to register the car Week after I purchased it as soon as I got the car started I drove up the hill in the check engine light went on a total of maybe 20 miles and it said no check engine light. I called him and told him what happened. He said thats not his fault And I explained to him I would be getting in touch with somebody to see what my rights are. I feel like I was taking advantage of an unsafe vehicle and an unsafe vehicle. I was driving to get gas and on a busy highway and I was stuck there with my friend. We were both older women and could not do anything to move the car some nice person pulled over and push the car out of the way and we werent near a gas station. Mr ******* purchased a Nissan and was made fully aware they it was sold to him at the wholesale price. We thoroughly explained to him that it just came in trade and that we have not gone through the vehicle. He looked it over and we explained everything to him. We explained it’s being sold as is with a unsafe motor vehicle form. He was aware and signed all the forms aknowledging that he was buying it unsafe and not passing inspection, as well as the as is form and as is stated on the bill of sale. He purchased the car for an extremely low price which reflected that it was a wholesale vehicle that we had not looked at. If you need copies of all the documents i would be happy to provide them
