The only word I can think to describe Trina and The Whisker Haven is awesome. Our cat Gwenny has been going to see Trina since she first opened. The kindness and caring Gwenny gets was far beyond our expectation. My wife and I often say that when we go on vacation that Gwenny is getting her own vacation. She’s always comfortable in the rooms Trina reserves for her and she loves her play time out. Trina always handles our requests in a pleasant and professional manner.Review from Lindsey T

We were planning our first big family trip and had major anxiety about leaving our diabetic, insulin-dependent cat. Finding Trina and her amazing facility was a Godsend! When our boy wouldn't eat, she moved him (and his brother) into her home to keep a close eye on him. She provided individualized loving care to our boys, providing daily updates and pictures. She even sent us home with a care package of toys when we left. You can tell that Trina truly loves all the "babies" as if they were her own which is what makes this place is so special. We recently left our cat Kevin in the care of Trina at Whisker Haven for three weeks, and we could not be more thrilled with the exceptional service we received. Trina is a true cat lover, and it showed in the care and attention she gave to Kevin. Throughout his stay, Trina kept us updated with daily photos and texts about Kevin's activities and behavior. It was great to see that Kevin was not only being well taken care of but was also being entertained and loved by Trina. It was obvious that Trina understands cats and their unique personalities. She took the time to get to know Kevin and his preferences, from his favorite toys to his preferred sleeping spot, which helped to ease our anxiety about leaving him in someone else's care. When we picked Kevin up after our trip, he was happy and relaxed, a testament to the wonderful care he received at Whisker Haven. We cannot recommend this place highly enough, and we are forever grateful to Trina for taking such great care of our pet. My cat had a better vacation than I did!! The Whisker Haven is nothing short of wonderful. I needed a last minute place for my Luna for a few weeks and when I contacted Trina she immediately got back to me with all my options. We talked for a while about my cat and her needs and just general cat people things. I felt super comfortable leaving and knowing that my kitty is in such safe and loving hands. Trina sent updates and daily pictures and it was a real treat seeing all the fun Luna was having. They even have “tuna wednesdays” where they get fresh tuna as a treat. Trina was incredibly flexible and when our returning flight was a little delayed, she rearranged her schedule so I could pick up my cat later than what she is open. It was a huge relief knowing that was possible after 2 days of travelling. Trina sent us home with a little goodie bag of toys that has become some of the favorites in our house. The Whisker Haven is cozy and comfortable and pure cat luxury! I would recommend Trina and The Whisker Haven to everyone!

The Whisker Haven is nothing less than a cat spa. Trina, the owner, gives the kitties entrusted to her care love, play time, and a super clean and cozy environment. The Haven is a separate structure with 3 levels of condos. My Stella is quite happy with her luxury accommodations, with multiple levels for climbing and plenty to play with inside her condo. There is a large playroom where cats take turns to play, climb and look out the large windows at birds and bunnies. Trina will also send you updates and pictures of your fur babies during their stay. Stella walks in confidently often to the condo she thinks is "hers". She enjoys it there so much she is tough to get back in the carrier to bring home. Going on vacation is great, but leaving your pet in someone's care can cause worry. We discovered Trina and The Whisker Haven several years ago and have been so very happy with our cat's care and well being. The atmosphere is calm, and very comfy. Our cat is very well cared for, and the facility is awesome, very clean and definitely all about the cats! We've been leaving our cat with Trina for several years, always with excellent results. We highly recommend The Whisker Haven to anyone without hesitation.The Whisker Haven Response

**** * *****, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Pharaoh every time he has a stay at my Haven!! I know his personality as he starts his pampering stay as the King of his Castle!! Then he’s adorably lovable within 1hr of his resting on his highest perch looking down at all the critters from his Window view!!?? What a GORGEOUS Luv he is!! Going on vacation and leaving your pets in someone else’s care can be nerve wracking - The Whisker Haven takes all the worries away! Trina delivered on all of the care she promised and more. Her facility is clean and her warmth/love for what she does is palpable from the first conversation. Each cat entrusted to her care gets individualized playtime and a huge open room to lounge in with giant picture windows. She takes time to get to know your pet and their personality - and sends daily updates/photos of how much fun they’re having (I really don’t think Bolt was ready to leave). Highly recommend using Whisker Haven for your cat boarding needs, you won’t be disappointed. (Oh and her pricing is beyond reasonable and comparable or less than other boarding options)The Whisker Haven Response

Thank You ***** for your warm words of Support!! I TRULY enjoyed adoring your fur-love Bolt.???? He was exactly a TRUE LOVING Haven Cat !!!! Our interactions with Massive Pat Sprees to our sudden JUMPING for our feather toys were just purr-fect to watch!! I LOVE Him!!! And I’m Blessed to have you both be a part of my Haven family ??
