My wife and I are incredibly upset and frustrated with this company. In our opinion, **** did a bait and switch, was incredibly unprofessional, and after receiving full payment, defrauded us.-Poor communication. Pool builder came unannounced while celebrated Fathers Day Sunday. Caused issues.-Broke our double gate that I ended up having to fix.-Left a large mess of trash, debris, and buckets of rocks behind. Made homeowners clean up.-Was never told until after, sod and dirt was an extra fee to remove. Was told would be another $600.00.-Tried to double charge install fee.-Last day of setup told by **** employee that bonding was to go to bottom column section metal ties. Was not done by installer. Now too late. Told pool top would have to be pulled off. Could damage the lining. Bonding ring needs connection to the 4 points. This did not happen. ASAP spent about ***** going around the pool trying to figure out what to do. All on video. This and site not being properly graded, I had to find a work around and also make a trench to go around half the pool to pass electrical inspection.-Made threatening comments calling us ***** supporters. Said this many times. Took to mean owner would not help us because he believed for some reason we voted for *** *****. It could neighbors might have had ***** signs? Threatened to not honor our warranty despite paying for pool, pool setup, pool package, and pool usage walk through. Owner made it seem like it was for political reason. Which as a combat veteran, I find appalling, if true.-Have videos of everything, including before they left. Worker received phone call, poured something into pool then all workers packed up and left at the same time. Did not perform full service that was paid for. Completely walked off the job.-**** did not provide a receipt despite asking several times. Finally received receipt and realized ASAP installed the wrong pool. They installed a completely different pool than what was ordered.

This response is not to the claimant but aimed to our prospective customers.  Every once in a while, you run across a dishonest person.  This person has posted 3 negative reviews on ****** under 3 different emails (See Reviews under *** J, ASH) They only placed the reviews after we decided to take them to court for not paying for their completed above ground pool installation fee at the end of the job.  I encourage you to read the dozens of reviews about our company.  We are not perfect but as you read our reviews youll find a common theme.  We Care!!!  We as a business put the customer first, our staff are many times mentioned by name as they are incredible and genuinely care about the workmanship they provide.  This sort of thing is disappointing but in todays climate I guess its par for the course.

****'s response is completely unacceptable. Look at the negative ****** reviews. It is never the Owners fault. It is always someone else's. I don't know if this owner is burnt out and no longer cutout for the business, but this owner is incapable of taking responsibility, self reflection, or course correction. Lastly, this Company is being taken to court by the consumer, not the other way around. This owner, once he has your money, will be deceitful and will leave you high and dry. Below are some of the issue they are being taken to court for:-Installed wrong pool, received ****** not Dynasty as ordered -Receipt not given in a timely fashion. Asked for receipt multiple times. Did not receive until pool was already installed.-Pool install issues, pieces not lined up. Caps falling off. Columns misaligned.-Vertical posts started popping off, liner has wrinkles.-No screws or bonding ties for bonding ring.-Pool not in grade. Had to dig ditch around half of pool to pass electrical inspection.-**** refused to provide inspection information for pool installation.-Came on property Sunday, unannounced. Caused issues during Fathers Day.-Damaged to double gate on property.-Left trash, debris, buckets of rocks, etc at work site.-Requested more money for sod removal. Not told about this until work was already done.-Tried to double charge install fee.-Did not finish pool filter setup.-Did not put in all needed pool chemicals that were paid for.-Did not provide pool class that was paid for.-Walked off job. Took full and total payment. Did not provide full services.-Threatened to not honor warranty due to us being perceived as ***** Supporters by owner due to our factual and very serious complaints.
