I hired this company to cut two trees down at my house. They came gave me the price for cutting them down cleaning it up and removing it from my property. When they came to do the work they cut down one tree and part of the other tree. They left the part that was hanging over my neighbors property which was the biggest liability and why I wanted it removed. They also left all of the wood stacked up in the yard. When asked about it he claimed the neighbors didn't want him to cut it. And apparently he made a deal for the neighbors to take the wood. I contacted him and told him I was not ok with this the wood was supposed to be gone that's what I paid for, and the rest of the tree needed to come down. He said he would come remove the wood. But never did. I also spoke with my neighbor and they said they never said anything about not cutting the tree. They want it cut cuz it would damage their stuff if it fell. It took a long time for him to respond to me after the initial response. I asked him for a refund or preferably just come and finish the job I paid him for. He still has not come to finish the job, offered a refund, or responded to my messages. At this point I want my money back so I can pay a reputable company to remove the tree and wood from my home.
