1 starMy initial contact was great. ****** came out and gave me the quote to re-do an entire bathroom. They were scheduled to begin on April 16th, and sent out 2 guys who according to them did the installation. However, part of the contract was that all the plumbing needed to be replaced. So they went home. ***************************** who is supposed to be handling the project, had me call the plumber to set up a time for him to come out. The plumber ****** was incredibly rude & had no idea about the scope of the project. They have re-scheduled & cancelled 3 times now. I have never worked with such incompetence. No one there seems to have a clue as to how to set up & execute a fairly simple job. I have already paid $12,000. and no one has done a **** thing.Review fromSammy G

5 starsWe were very happy with the work PIC did for our bathroom and flooring. ***** was excellent and the company scheduled the job in a few days. ******** and his partner worked fast, neat and we love our new shower. Highly recommened PIC!!!Review fromPeter B

1 starWorst ***************** Its been multiple weeks since they did the installation and it is not complete yet. The shower doors were not installed and the wrong showerhead was put in. I have contacted PIC Home Pros customer service on 6 separate occasions to get an installation date, no one has followed up with an answer. ****** (the director of operations) contacted me and promised an email and follow-up, but I've received nothing.The installation staff were fine, they made several errors, that caused leaking pipes and damaged tiles. They rectified everything relatively quickly but I found some minor dame to my basement walls and they did not clean up everything. There was a lack of coordination from the company with the repairs. They showed up while I was at work, with no call or warning as to the time or day.Review fromMIguel A

1 star9/12/23: Home visit by Sales Rep JS to present PIC Home Pros. Contract signed same day, promised 4-6 weeks to complete Project Manager JD skipped appts and didnt follow up to say that he couldn't make the calls, so we were left waiting. 9/29: Received an update informing that this day, ~3 wks past signing contract, material was ordered, ie original 4-6 week timeline was impossible. On this call we re-expressed concern re: potential project + how it would impact this project. Rep assured us he would communicate to work team. 10/16: Call appt for 10/20. Rep skipped call and didn't reach out until 10/23/23 11/6: 8 wks after initial visit (2 wks over original timeline) work scheduled. It was incomplete and done poorly. Missing silicone, damage to walls, no shower pressure, lukewarm water, hole cut through bathroom floor into ceiling of garage below, doors installed that don't fit the frame (resulting in leaks while using shower), floor was poorly installed. The interior plumbing was also completely reconfigured. Photos sent. 11/13: Appt for follow-up call, again ignored 11/22: Sr team reached out and promised upgraded Moen fixtures, new valve to fix hot water problem, and new doors. 12/12: Workers supposed to come and fix everything, but cancelled at last minute bc the supplier "no longer had the material in stock" but appt was specifically made bc all material was in house 12/18: No news on new date 1/9/24: Still no news Then call w/ rep + promise for an update in 24-48 hours - 1/15 No update, 1/16 Email reply 2/7 Team came for repairs: another failure. No new doors + the prev doors now don't stay closed, shower hose leaks, silicone mess on floor, incomplete silicone again (even after we asked to confirm)- a health risk bc if moisture gets in, mold will result. No Moen fixtures as promised + worker said they don't offer Moen - why did rep promise us, then? 2/12: Sent email with request for reply and confirm compensation in 24 hours. 2/18: Still no responseReview fromJudith U

PIC Home Pros, LLC remodeled my primary bathroom from Oct 4-6, 2023. This remodel included removing a large jacuzzi tub, small stall shower, old toilet, single sink vanity, and a tall, heavy linen closet and replacing the floor. Renewal by Andersen removed the two large windows over the jacuzzi in August and replaced with a 69" X 20" shower window. PIC performed all the rest of the work. Our new walk-in shower with beautiful sliding glass doors is wonderful. PIC built a linen closet with a six-panel door where the stall shower used to be. The toilet was replaced with a water-efficient Kohler toilet. The single vanity was replaced with a white double sink vanity with a quartz top. The floor was replaced with a luxury laminate, waterproof floor. The single 1990's medicine chest mirror/light was replaced with two recessed medicine chest mirrors and two separate lighting fixtures. The old shower vent was replaced with a larger .08 sone vent and the jacuzzi "eyeball" lights were replaced with LED shower recessed lights. I purchased the shower vent, LED shower lights, Kohler toilet, the two medicine chest mirrors, and the two light fixtures. Everything else was supplied by PIC. I chose the floor from Lowe's - PIC picked the flooring up and brought it to the job. I would highly recommend PIC and their workmanship. There were a few small issues, but PIC came back Dec 21, 2023 and fixed all the minor issues. The work crew (two guys for three days plus the electrician for one day) were all very hard-working, respectful, and good at what they did. If I could figure out how to give PIC another half star I would do so. The only less than satisfactory thing was our salesperson who was quite unfamiliar with PIC's product line and automated system (from which the contract is generated). PIC was the only contractor out of six we met with that could do everything - plumbing, carpentry, electrical, & flooring! Overall, very happy with PIC Home Pros.

**** S PIC Home Pros installed a walk-in shower with seat and grab bars for my wife and myself. The work was done, start to finish, in a single day. Working with the PIC sales representative, was a great experience. PIC Home Pros staff I worked with to get the project done was extremely professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend for a quick tub-to-shower renovation.PIC Home Pros LLC

I just have to start off saying this company was one of the best companies iv ever worked with. Nichole the sales representative was top notch! She and the 20 year warranty on the bathrooms is what made me go with these guys. She was amazing and we had a blast talking as she gave me a free quote on both my bathrooms. Next the guys who came and did the work were also top notch! They were respectful, funny and really cared about the work they were doing. Honestly i wish they did more then just bathrooms. I have so much work that needs to be done in my home. They had the two bathrooms done in two day! And they didnt just slap a tub over the old one they pulled it out and replaced the water proof drywall and installed beautiful showers!PIC Home Pros LLC

Frank was excellent. He came to the house to discuss shower options with door. Discussed everything and answered all of our questions. Scheduling and install, however, was terrible. Told we needed to schedule once all products were in stock and shipped. This took a significant amount of time but was a reasonable request. Then told we can schedule as above, then told they received the wrong size door. Unclear if they ordered wrong door or another error or perhaps a fib. So needed to reschedule then told they received a broken door for our project. They also hoped to schedule me earlier but said ‘oh someone else must be on the phones’ and could not allow an earlier date. But at this time no mention of incorrect door which was odd because the rest of the communication was always about the door. Explicitly told them this needs to be a one day install or we would need to move along and stop services. Told that it would be one day install! Turns out, they did not have the door on the truck on day on install. Serviceman left the house saying he would return with door after a phone call. He did not return to the house nor did he call us back. We were given tension shower rod and told to use that. We are waiting. Nothing from them. No apology. Nothing. Now door is ready to install. We discuss compensation of any sort given this delay- told they cannot help us or that we were speaking to someone who cannot help. Finally, shower door is installed 28 days after initial install date.PIC Home Pros LLC
