I recently leased a 2025 Hyundai from Autofair Hyundai, **************. The salesman I worked with was ******. He was amazing!! He took the time and listened to my needs. He had me drive a few vehicles before making a decision. He was knowledgeable and helped me a great deal. I give him a 10. I will more than likely continue doing business there knowing how well I was taken care of. ******* ********

Stay away!Helped our grandson purchase a used car from there. They stated they had just done an oil change. About 3 weeks later, loud engine noise, no oil! ( Hadnt seen a light indicating low oil, nor noticed any obvious leak.). Had it towed and they quoted him the fix price is several thousand over the original cost of the vehicle! Saw another review around the same timeframe that had a similar issue. With other dealerships, we usually felt good that the cars had had some checks before selling them. At this point, less expensive to replace the car.

Hello *****, would you mind sharing the *** number of the vehicle or your Grandson's name so that I can look up the purchase and service history?

I dont have the *** number on me, but its an Elantra (2018, I believe) and is sitting there awaiting a decision on an engine replacement, costing more than he paid for it. Its been about a month now, since he purchased it. (Its been sitting there for a couple weeks. ****** is his last name.

I thought I had responded yesterday, but dont see it today. I dont have the *** (its a 2018 Hyundai Elantra) but it is currently at your dealership as he tries to figure out what to do. 3 weeks was not enough time for him to be able to save anywhere near what was quoted for the repair. I believe both he and his dad have been in touch.

In 50 years of car ownership, this dealer has the WORST, most incompetent service department I've ever been to.I took my clean, low miles 2019 ******* **** which I purchased new there, in to their service **** to have two safety recalls taken care of. When I went to pick it up, I was shocked to see that they had gotten black grease and grime all over the driver's side carpet and floormat of my off-white interior. They didn't even bother putting down paper mats to protect the interior, like every decent service department does. They apologized and said they would have the car detailed (that was a joke), so I had to come back again the next day. They did manage to remove the grease ****s from the carpet, and ordered me new mats, BUT when I got the car home to inspect it further by moving the mat, I found that they had somehow left a five inch long "gash" of melted fiber in the carpet!!!! It's bad, and shows along the edge of the mat. I don't know how in the world they did it, but it wasn't there when I brought them the car. I'm the only one that drives it and cleans it, and I take meticulous care of my vehicles. But because I have no way of proving it, the Service Manager is claiming that it must have been there. I asked to have the Manager call me, but in a week, I have not received a call. These people are incompetent liars, who don't know the first thing about customer service. They've left me with an ugly **** on the floor in an otherwise spotless, like-new, white interior. This will no doubt end up costing me in resale dollars when trying to sell the car to another discriminating buyer. I won't be letting these clowns touch my car ever again. Beware!P.S. When I related this story to a friend of mine who also owns a ******* with a white interior, he said that both times that he took his car to Autofair Hyundai, they didn't put down any protection and left dirty stains on his carpet and steering wheel. What is wrong with these people?!

I recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Autofair Hyundai and experienced a nightmare of trust and customer service issues. Within days, the check engine light illuminated, revealing a reset code to pass state inspection (performed twice). The dealership's refusal to honor the 30-day exchange policy, coupled with their unwillingness to reimburse for diagnostic costs, is a blatant disregard for honesty and fair business practices. My wife was humiliated publicly, and the dealership's inability to make a decision is unacceptable. To compound the issue, the dealership never bothered to contact me directly, instead opting for cold, impersonal emails that simply outlined their company policies. Their complete lack of empathy and understanding is astonishing. The vehicle's condition has deteriorated rapidly; the check engine light is now blinking, the engine is shaking violently, and the car is undriveable. It's sitting in the street while I continue to pay insurance on a vehicle that requires towing and costly repairs. This entire ordeal has been a financial and emotional burden. This vehicle was intended for my son's out-of-state college transportation, and the funds used were from a recent insurance reimbursement following a no-fault accident. Due to this dealership's negligence, my son is now without transportation, adding significant financial strain and hardship to our family. This situation is unacceptable and has caused immense distress. On multiple occasions, I visited the dealership seeking a resolution, only to find either a lack of suitable replacement vehicles, an absent management team, or overwhelming crowds. It's unclear where the management team is hiding, but their absence from the business is evident. We will be seeking both consumer and legal counsel, and we will be bringing this matter to the attention of our entire business, local, professional, and social networks. We will not tolerate this level of dishonesty and incompetence!!!!!!!

They only get 1 star because you cant choose 0! If youre looking for the most dishonest, slimy individuals to do business with you found them! My newly adult son made a poor decision to put his trust in the words coming out of anyones mouth in this facility. Was he naive to this process? Yup! Did he sign a contract he shouldnt have signed? Yup! But he smartened up and prior to ever having left the dealership or even handing over any required documents to his former vehicle he said Id like to cancel the deal and was outright told Sorry, you cant. Hmmm. is cant the right words or were I wont let you because I havent finished taking full advantage of you the right words? I would HIGHLY recommend against working along side Tai or anyone at that facility for that matter. They had ample opportunity to do the right thing and they CHOSE not to.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Took my vehicle in in February of ************************************************* driving on the highway. After paying over $600 for a diagnostic fee, fuel induction service, oil change and coolant exchange they told me the car was good to go. After continuing to drive the vehicle for another month or so after the service at Hyundai, the service notification pops back up. I then did what I shouldve done in the first place and took it to a small mom and pop garage where they told me my oil needs to be changed and its extremely low, weird because I should be able to go 3-5,000 miles before needing it changed. To which they then tell me they cant change my oil because the drain plug has been so over torqued and they cant get it off without risking damaging the oil pan. Word of advice, stay as FAR away from this dealership as you can and do not purchase a vehicle from them. They are a bunch of scammers and their technicians must learn from ****************** because they dont know what theyre doing. I wish I never went to them and will likely be trading in my vehicle so I never have to deal with this place ever again.

My car went in because the check engine light was on. They replaced the oxygen sensor. Fine. I accept that cars need maintenance. The following day (after we got the car back) the check engine light came back on. Thankfully we got a same day appointment, but I was assured that they would check to ensure that the oxygen sensor was the only issue. Now I will likely have to pay for ANOTHER diagnostic check for a new problem. I don't think I am going to buy another car from this dealership and I will likely find another place to get my car serviced.

Have had multiple bad experiences with this dealership since the car was purchased from them 2 years ago; the most recent was last week on 12/16. Brought the car in for its complimentary oil change and tire rotation. The right rear tire wasn’t the same make as the other three tires. They put it on in July after she had a flat. The car went in with it on the right rear, and came out with it in the same place. I told them that the tires had not been rotated and they said that the tech said he did it. When I brought them out to see that it had not been done, they brought the car back in and then they actually did rotate the tires. I’ve called three times in the last two days trying to speak to somebody about it but nobody bothers returning my call. So you definitely cannot trust that they do what they say. They also don’t seem to care about their customers once they make the sale. I would not recommended this dealership. I have been buying and having cars serviced for 46 years and this is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with.

At all costs stay away from this crooked dealership, they sold my daughter a car that had a bad engine, the day she brought it home I heard a ticking noise I told her to call the dealership so she called the salesman tells her oh just drive it for a week or so and if it is still making the noise bring it back and we will have service check it out, so we did that a week goes by still the same noise as the day she bought it. She takes it to be looked at they say they can’t find anything wrong ( total Bull) they tell her if it still makes that sound make another appointment, again she brings it back leaves the car there, she gets a call a couple days later “ you need a new engine this car is not safe to drive” are you ******* kidding me! Mind you she bought the most expensive service warranty contract, so they tell her “we won’t know for a while if Hyundai will approve a new engine, they would not offer her any loaner or put her in a rental, so this is where I jump in, I called asked for the general manager but you know he did not answer his phone and has one of his lackey’s answer, I proceeded to explain what happened asked him if he knew they put my daughter in an unsafe car he’s just listening to me I said look just take this car back in a trade get her into another vehicle. So she goes there picks out another used car so we’re happy, oh so we thought they never took the bad engine car as a trade now they are trying to screw her with 2 car loans, how they even got her approved for another loan is beyond my comprehension, so what they did was they knew the first loan was not going yo show up on her credit report yet as it was less than 30 days old, the general manager won’t return ours calls as well as the used car sales manager. Please do yourself a favor and stay as far away as you can from these ******!

We have been doing business with auto fair Hyundai for 20 years now. We received an invitation to sell our 2020 sonata sel, and that they would give me 24 0000 dollars plus 1000 dollars This last Saturday. The appraisal on my sonata was a joke so a more reasonable offer was made with a comment from a finance person saying take it or leave it. At that point Sam H**** said did you really think we would give you the amount stated in the leader we sent you? I said yes given the incredible condition of my vehicle. Sam thought that was pretty funny. Bottom line,go somewhere else and avoid the sleazy people running this place. **** ** *** *

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to let BBB and AutoFair know about your recent experience at the store. I took a look and reviewed the deal. My sales managers offered you $23,500 for the Sonata in trade. Yes, we agree that the mailer stated that the vehicle would be worth $24,000 based on the vehicle having 30,000 miles and no reconditioning needed, per the disclosures at the bottom of the mailer. However in the disclosures of our mailer it states that the vehicles value is determined based off of 10,000 miles per year driving and mileage overage would adjust the trade value. This is a 2020 with 38,316 and that the mileage would be deducted at 20 cents per mile. The vehicle being a 2020 would need to have 30,000 miles on it in order to receive the full $24,000 in value. The 8,316 miles amounts to $1,663.20 deducted off of the advertisement. It looks like the sales management team upheld and exceeded the offer based on the mileage. That aside, we will work with our salesperson to help him provide a better experience for other clients in the future. No one should feel belittled or laughed at when the visit a dealership. We are sorry for the experience that you had working with the staff.
