      Worst experience I've ever had on any level. My 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee went in for an A/C issue . It took 3 times for them to maybe resolve the issue. This is for the service dept only. Not one time during this 2 week process that was supposed to be 2 days did anyone from the service dept reach out to me. I had to call them every day. I left the manager Maria C**** 5 messages on 5 different days and she still hasn't returned one of my calls. Every day they told me it was in the bay being worked on until one day they finally told me they haven't even looked at it yet. It sat there for 6 days until they even looked at it. The staff were as rude as could be. They lied about everything. They lied so much I almost called the cops because I thought I was being scammed. Every day that I went down there, which was 5 times in 2 weeks, another customer was filing a complaint. I wouldn't let them near another one of my vehicles even if it was free. Absolutely terrible experience and even worse staff
