Extremely poor quality work by people with seemingly no prior experience painting or doing carpentry. I would not recommend this company for any of the services they say they provide. All photos on their website are not of their work but plagiarized from the internet. My wife and I hired Alpha Contracting Services after Jeff D******** came to look at our house, promising us that they would power wash with a cleaner to remove mildew, thoroughly scrape, sand to improve bonding of the paint to the wood, all wood rot would be identified and replaced by a skilled carpenter, and then the house would be primed and painted. Based on Jeff’s confidence and reviews on HomeAdvisor, we decided to work with Alpha. Nothing that they promised was delivered - They did not power wash thoroughly and did not use a cleaner - Large sections of the house were not scraped, the areas that were scraped were done poorly - Drop cloths were used ineffectively since paint chips were all over the ground. The workers even tried to hide a mound of paint chips in our rock wall - NO SANDING WAS DONE - The wood rot was not identified and I had to identify it myself after they tried to hide it by painting over it - The carpenter was not experienced, using an oscillating tool, a Ryobi chop saw, scrap materials, and a milled face framing hammer for what was supposed to be finish work - They started painting before we had a chance to look at the house. When we came home from work and saw the “finished” sections of the house, paint chips from scraping were embedded in the primed and painted areas. They did not mask anything, spraying paint on our metal roof, shingles, foundation, granite stones, and garden - When we closed out the project early, paying them for their time and materials even though we need to redo 100% of their work, they threatened us with a lawsuit. The owner, Helton R********, also said that he would delete any bad reviews that we left him I cannot warn against this company enough

It’s a fake notice … he doesn’t want to continue to do the work, and do not let my guys working. He’s find a friend probably cheap to continue do the work, and starts to create issues in a job process. He’s wants my company do something that we not promise, and not have in our contract. And also because my guys are immigrant but legal people he’s tread than like a trash. We accept the deal, because I never be in court before for any of my jobs for over 20 years. I recommended any company do not deal with this person, you are going to lose time and money, like we did.
