After being quoted initially 2-3 weeks for a simple body work my car was in the shop for over 2 months my insurance paid only 2 weeks for a rental and I had to pay out of pocket for the couple weeks after that. The communication about updates on my car was completely horrible I wouldn't get any calls or messages unless I called the shop to figure out what was going on. Now today I pick up my car no one comes out to do a walk around and speak about what was done or replaced just asked me to pay for my deductible and gave me my keys I quickly did a walk around before driving off because my dad also recently had his car in and they had broke his windshield and tried blaming him for it . As I did my walk around I noticed one of my rims was scratched and some parts on the body of my car is scratched I immediately went in to notify them and to speak to someone a man named Jay comes out insisting my rim scratch was old and putting the blame on me and the body work all he said he didn't know how that could have happened if they don't move cars ? They have had my car for over two months of course whatever damages done will look old at this point but you can clearly tell it was new my car is a new car any damages will be noticeable. After this horrible experience i just left completely heart broken and upset I will not be recommending anyone to come here. This was a horrific experience I lost a lot of money and time being a single mother with no transportation they were not considerate.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/22) */ Vehicle was at the shop for quite a while, due to a backordered part. Unfortunately, it did appear that the customers vehicle did receive some slight damage that WAS NOT there during drop off, which was acknowledged to the customer at pickup. It appeared that another vehicle may have struck the vehicle at some point during the time it was on site. Shop agreed with customer on this and customer is supposed to come in next week to resolve the issues and concerns. At this point, it was also discussed with customer at time of pickup, they would take another look at the rim to have it repaired for customer service experience. In no way, would we flat out deny something that was done possibly at our facility, as we have been in business for over 25+ years as a family business and that is not how we run it. We strive for customer excellence and will continue to. Customer is returning next week for resolution.
