I went to precision, really excited. I was getting myself a piercing for Mother’s Day. I’ve been pierced many times over the last decades. I also have a medical background. This was a horrible experience. I told him I wanted a longer bar. Or a hoop. He refused and told me that it would be worse for my ear. I told him I had previous experience and I know what I need. He was extremely cocky, rude, smarmy, and basically said he knew what he was doing and I did not. I shut down, after being talked down to and mansplained to. I went ahead and got the piercing anyway, and of course I ended up in the emergency department. Why? The doctor could even see the length of the bar was short for that area. I spent $100s on post injury care to avoid cauliflower ear. I calmly wrote to him, asking for a refund. He refused and told me he would refund the tip. So, I went to my bank. Initially the bank provided a refund. Months later, I guess this cocky, sexist psycho had finally gotten it together to submit some total BS case and steal my money back. I would even meet him half way with the cost of his jewelry. This was not my fault

6/5 stars. I did my research on safety and reviews. Starting with the APP at ****************. Their site was informative, appointment scheduling easy, and I got an appt reminder text. Do your research. You can't swim or take a bath for weeks after a piercing. The helix takes 6 months to heal and I will be cleaning them multiple times a day during that period. I bought a travel pillow so I wouldn't sleep on them and move them. I bought saline wound cleaning mist beforehand, although they have products available. They didn't try to upsell anything. Parking was easy, there's a garage right around the corner that's inexpensive. The studio was immaculate. Lili was helpful and knowledgeable. The displays were absolutely beautiful. The hardest part of the whole process was choosing the jewelry. Everyone wore masks. My jewelry selections went straight to the sterilizer. I was nervous since I haven't had a piercing in a long time. Evan was patient and kind. He was careful setting up his tools. He walked me through everything before he did it. He checked in to make sure I was ready for the next step. He was gentle and didn't make any sudden movements that might scare me. He even warned me about the noise the jewelry makes as you close it so I didn't startle. I was ready to startle. I got one nose piercing and two helix. I got the nose first. For me that hurt more than the helix. The feeling of the jewelry going in was worse than the actual piercing, but I have sensory issues, so maye thats just me. The jewelry is pricier but it's high quality and their piercing services are cheaper. The total was on par with what I saw from other studios. There is a price range on their faq. My budget was low so I got little black opal studs and it was under $300 including tip. I would have tipped twice as much if I had it.
