I did reach out about a year ago? Never heard back, when I completed the online forms again, I got an e mail from Steve G*** sale rep, without one question, one phone consult I received an e mail asking if I am ready to get started . Is clear they care about one thing. Collecting the money ???? based on that impression and some reviews stating the same I decided not to bother with them

You are leaving our company a 1 star review because we asked you if you are ready to get started? What is this world coming to. The only bad reviews we have came during the pandemic when staffing was an issue and there are about 4 total out of 200. We have 4.7 out of 5 star average review rate out of about 200 total reviews on BBB and others combined. We wish you the best.

Thank you! Certified Homecare Consulting. You’re truly instrumental in helping to get us Licensed. A complete package provided to our start up Agency, lessen the burden tremendously. Thank you for the follow-ups & concern. I will definitely recommend your consulting agency.

Good to be present and learn about non-medical, however, I got more from the home health medical webinar than this non-medical training. It seemed in a rush, and not of real interest, many breaks seem to come often, at least to me more often than the home health training. Not all a wash, learning about marketing is a plus.

I paid Certified Homecare Consulting (CHC) a lot of money to help me start a home healthcare business and also lead and guide me through a successful accreditation with an accrediting company. I chose this company (CHC) because they boast on their website that they know what it takes to start a home healthcare business from ground up. Unfortunately, the consulting company knowledge of home healthcare business, private duty is not very good as they made a lot of mistakes during my business, LLC creation that included state and city regulation for home healthcare companies in Georgia. I was told at the beginning that I could accept Medicare clients, hire physical therapist and occupational therapists which I found out after they collected all of their money that my state rules and regulation does not permit home health, private duty agency to have those services. However, the brochures, website that they created for me still say that I can have those services and they are refusing to change it. The brochures are not usable and have to be trashed because of the incorrect information. Using this brochure along with the website will be deceitful. I paid the accreditation company $6000.00 plus for accreditation. I was not successful on the surveyor’s visit and require another visit by the accreditation company and they are asking for another $6000.00 re-visit fee. I asked the consulting company (CHC) to help me cover the cost of the second visit as they did a poor job getting me ready for my first visit. They are refusing stating that they provided me with the documents to help me to be successful. I am asking CHC to cover the $6000.00 surveyor revisit fees and provide my agency with correct brochures and web site redesign that depicts correct agency’s skill and services. It is very unfortunate that CHC is taking advantage of people during this hard economical time. CHC is taking people hard earned money and satisfying their own pockets.

Dear *****, We are sorry that your brochure and website had an error which we have fixed. We are also sorry that one of our nurses misspoke, but this was well after you were licensed. You should be aware of your own state license, rules and regulations after licensure as you are a licensed agency after using our services. You did not speak to this nurse until after you were licensed. You have proclaimed since how happy you are with our staff despite this. You told us your sister in law is a client and you were aware of our reputation prior to proceeding with our services. We don't convince folks to start agencies, we help those who already want to. Also, you spoke to 3 of our sales consultants using 3 different aliases during the sales process. I do not believe you should blame your confusion on us. You chose to speak with 3 different people and also told us you spoke to our competition. You have gone on record on multiple occasions throughout this process stating that you have a full time job, but you are also acting as your administrator. You have also made it clear in correspondence that their are days and times you are simply not available. That is fine, but we believe you could have used more assistance given your schedule. If you need a follow up on any education, you are always welcome to answer questions, or recap anytime for the lifetime of your agency, but it is up to you to let us know where you need these re-reviews. As far as your private duty accreditation, we guarantee all of our services. We teach and guide. It is up to you to do the work. We cannot operate on a model where, if you do not do the work, we owe you money. Just to touch on your points, we went through personnel with you in great detail, but you blame us. I have the email where we asked you for your files for review, but you blame us. We provided you with a checklist to complete with every talking point of PD accreditation detailed, you were to complete this. We achieved licensure for you and have had more than 300 communications with you. The only agencies we cannot accredit are those who decide to cease the accreditation process. We want to see you succeed with accreditation and this is exactly why we work with clients who need focus visits at no extra cost. Even if you fail. we still continue to work with you until you are accredited, despite not passing your survey. This is our guarantee. Furthermore, you have a right to express your opinion, but you do not have a right to say anything misleading or inaccurate to damage our reputation. After review, you still have a balance with CHAP and did not pay them their fees. Also, a focus visit is $3,000 per your contract with CHAP and you did not meet their 90 day request for revisit. You also have 1 patient and show no signs of being able to commit to proceeding with our process or the CHAP process anytime soon. I understand your frustrations, especially considering what we have discussed, challenges with COVID, etc, As you are aware, we spoke the week before last and have an email dialogue. We look forward to a response to our most recent email to you. Thank you *****.

Mr. CEO, thank you for the response you provided to BBB about our Agency’s situation with your consulting company. There is a saying that states that “There is a little bit of truth in every lie.” Your feedback and response definitely depict that saying. I am also sorry too that the agency’s brochure and website was incorrectly written and created. I am sorry that the agency had to bring this matter to the BBB before your consulting company decided to take any actions. Your consulting company was given a second chance to correct the inaccurate brochures and website and it is still inaccurate. Your consulting company again prides themselves as the only consulting company that owns their “Own agency and will help you build your agency from ground up, holding your hands in each step.” Is providing someone with a checklist of something they never done before and telling them to go and accomplish it really “hands holding?” When you talk about being aware of “Your states license, rules and regulations” does your consulting agency know the rules? Probably not because your consulting company probably would not have produced brochures and a website that failed to establish agency’s goals, violates rules and regulations of the state. What was the point of consulting your company? We could have done as bad all by ourselves. I provided the clinical nurse that the agency was working with access to the EHR that the agency was using to ensure that the agency’s files, clients files was in compliance. The clinical nurse never bothered to access the EHR. The clinical nurse never bothered to audit the agency’s files, client files. Not even one file Mr. CEO. The clinical nurse worked with the agency for almost 6 months and failed to audit one agency file. You also spoke of 300 emails. Please show me any emails that talks about auditing agency’s files for compliance before accreditation process. The agency never refused to send any files to your consulting company. Please report the truth as we do have emails in black and white to present. You also mentioned that I was confused using 3 aliases, talking to 3 different sales consultants. The only confused individuals are probably your consulting company. Multiple emails sent to me by your clinical nurse at the time the agency was trying to gain accreditation kept on referring to CHAP surveyor visit as a Medicare visit. Really, Medicare accreditation for a private duty in Georgia? I used 3 different aliases, but your consulting company knew exactly who I was when it was time the agency paid almost $10,000 to your company. Since reporting this issue to BBB. You have constantly made threats, insults and went as far as unauthorized and accessing. You have also stated that if I did not remove the negative review from BBB website that you will fight fire with fire, give negative review on our agency and the latest, sue the agency for extortion if I respond to BBB. Bullying and threats are never the best way of solving issues Mr. CEO. There are multiple sections of the contract that your consulting company failed to provide to the agency. As far as balance owed to CHAP. Can you please verify, comment on how you obtained that information, correspondence between CHAP and the agency, your concerns, business relating to agency’s financial status with CHAP. Does your consulting company have any affiliation that is pass accreditation partnership with the accrediting company? Asking the agency to sign a “Hold Harmless & Non-Disparagement Agreement, a poorly constructed addendum to the previous contract to settle the issue is very regretful but not permitted. The agency continues and is willing to put the best effort forward to resolve this issue. Thanks for all you do Mr. CEO!

This person continues to threaten, lie, and act as they are three entirely different people. We suggest they put the same time and attention into their own business and they will be very successful. We are no longer responding to these messages or reviews. We have it in writing that the client is now happy despite what they write here. Thank you.
