Staff is rude, son was slapped in the **************** by a girl two times, she slapped another boy as well. Staff said its because the girls didnt want to play dodgeball in the arena. When speaking to the staff they are saying the boys instigated by throwing ***** in a dodgeball arena. I guess dodgeball is a no throwing ball activity. Horrible place, will not recommend to anyone.Review from Anna R.

Fun City in Salem NH was dirty and disgusting. The staff were rude, not one of them smiled and looked like they hated their job. When needed assistance for the ticket counter. There were 5 staff members standing there chatting. I had to ring the bell to get their attention. When one had to help us she rolled her eyes. The manager was also very unprofessional. Calling us names like cheap and weird. All because my niece had 5 tickets left and asked if she could have a tootsie roll which was 10 tickets. Remind you my family just spent over $200. The staff member said Nope with an attitude. We asked for the manager.. that’s when she called us the names. Just horrible! Absolutely horrible! I will never be back to that place.Review from Mary M

This place was very dirty. There has been a broken wooden stair that is duct taped in the climbing structure that has caused my child injuries on multiple occasions over the last year. There is also a green floor in the climbing structure that moves (isn't supposed to) and it makes a huge gap that a child can fall straight to the floor about 4 feet below. Luckily I climbed in and noticed and fixed it and let staff know, who could care less. The bubble suits are so dangerous, I've seen so many injuries they should have a staff member watching. My 9 year old managed to get the straps wrapped around his neck to the point he couldn't breathe. The staff is all very young and most of them incompetent. We watched one of the staff use vulgar words towards a customer, in front of a bunch of little kids. At night and on the weekends it is over run with older teenagers who caus lots of fights and drama. I've seen police there on multiple occasions.Review from Sara D

They saved my credit card information without my knowledge. They charged me hours after I left. Per website they are to charge the remaining balance after all the children checked in. I paid that balance at 12:15 PM. The remaining balance was paid in full before I left those doors. If your cashier made a mistake that is not my problem and if it was you should’ve addressed it with me then. They didn’t authorize the charge with me or send me a receipt. They send me an email every time they charge my card but this time they didn’t. Very very sneaky! After I called the owner out he said, I had an extra four children at the party at $25 a piece. That equals $100. They charged my card$ 125. The extra kids were toddlers and we’re not supposed to be charged into my party anyway. The birthday boy I was told was not included in the 20 that I had scheduled the room for. Then there was a child on the list I don’t even know who they are. I even told the hostess this. Not only did I pay the deposit online, the rest of the balance after check in and for the extra pizza. They charged my card illegally afterwards. The credit card company told me they saved my information. They didn’t slide the actual card. I also bought ice cream in the vending machine which is five dollars as listed as a price on the machine and my credit card was charged six dollars. I have saved pictures of the sign versus my credit card statement. I will be seeking out the attorney general for New Hampshire. Deceptive and fraudulent. Owner didn’t even answer me after I explained to him. The inconsistency in this place will run it to the ground. Everyone has a different answer and clearly they are a mess if they can’t charge me the right price. The kids had a great time! However the reviews on this place are very accurate. He could have at least refunded me but chose not to and ignore me. I will not be going away. I will be contacting the Salem PD next. You cannot charge a card unauthorized after the fact.Review from Michael S

Disgustingly dirty. Police are called to establishment frequently for fights and conduct. Management is extremely rude and unprofessional, especially Manager Christina. If you leave an honest review about the facility you get banned. Filth everywhere. Place needs to be shut down before more people are hurt. Will never visit this establishment again.Review from Jenny H

Great place. Clean. Professional management and staff. Lots of activities for a fair price. We met the supervisor for the trampoline part of the place and he was very nice and friendly. My kids were happy so I was happy!Review from Brittany B

I very rarely post negative comments about a business.. but funcity in salem NH did us DIRTY. Yesterday, on Father’s Day, my husband brought our 3 little girls to play. We enjoyed that place, tried to look past the negative comments and all the bad news people share.. we even got a summer pass.. ($40 for 2 kids to jump for 1 hour.. and another $13 for babies that can hardly even walk.. is just astronomical. ) So I bought the summer pass for $273 for my older girls on Tuesday. Got a receipt emailed. And it was marked in the account. I actually visited twice since we bought the summer passes, and never needed to show anything. Gave them our name, and that was that.. My husband goes in yesterday, on Father’s Day, with 3 kids with him.. they see the summer pass on the account and he also shows them the receipt that was emailed to us. They then proceeded to ask us for our summer pass card. Got the repulsive manager Christina over because he didn’t have a card.. you know why he didn’t have a card? NO ONE EVER GAVE US A CARD. So even though we paid $273, and it was on our account, and we showed receipt. The disgusting manager Christina wouldn’t let the kids jump without the card. I called multiple times to try to talk to her. I got bounced around to a few (what sounded like) teenagers, laughing about the situation. And was put on hold for 45 mins. I also tried to message the business. My husband posted about the experience, on their “happy Father’s Day post”.. Instead of speaking to me, like an adult, and like a manager should, the horrific manager Christina A**** decides to sit on facebook and stops allowing people to comment. Embarrassingly enough, I called salem PD. Nothing they could help me with of course.. I have never experienced such a situation before, I thought I would reach out and see if they could give me any advice. I did go down there. Very calmly spoke and the girls got the manager Christina. They VIDEOTAPED me the entire time. Now video is on Facebook
