I purchased one of their rebuilt through ******* **** *****. It didn't last 6000 miles. After several attempts to contact them by ******* **** ***** in New Carlisle **** and myself they finally agreed to send parts to me so I could fix the unit, unfortunately the parts were not what we discussed over the phone as being the issue. Currently they are not speaking or giving any help to myself or ******* **** *****. Customer is now seeking a lawsuit towards my shop because his truck has been down for 6 months.Business Response

Purchased a transmission from Moveras through *** garage with a 3 year warranty in March 2022. Got car back April 26th. Had car until May 16th when it started acting up again. Took back to garage. Transmission was not working. Transmission was sent back to Moveras. Now 2 months later and we still don’t have another transmission. Called Moveras and they say they are working on it. Don’t understand why we have to wait so long. This is my nieces car and she has 3 young girls and is without a car all this time. So hope you can help us get this resolved sooner than later. This is the worst company to deal with. As a repair shop owner, I bought a transmission for a customer and installed it. The transmission didn't make it through the warranty period and they broken down 2 hours from our location. After jumping through multiple hoops I was finally able to get the customer to a shop they would work with. They FINALLY got a replacement unit for the other shop to replace. Upon installation, the replacement unit had MORE problems than the original. After another 3 months, they finally got another unit. After over almost 5 months, now they are telling me that I waited too long to file the claim even though the vehicle just barely got finished. Additionally, I paid the shop $1,425.45 to remove and replace not one, but TWO defective units from this company and now they're telling me that I will not be getting anything from back from their "warranty". Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have run into problems with their so called "warranty". Worst "warranty" I have even dealt with in the 14 years I've been in this business. They will find any reason to deny a labor claim and do not stand by their awful product.Business Response

Purchased a transmission from local auto parts store on Jan 6 2022. Customer experienced drivability issues after 800 miles so I inspected and diagnosed issues. The problem exists internally. I have called Moveras warranty department numerous times and unable to speak to a representative. I have also sent numerous emails, and left numerous voice messages with no response. In addition, I have spoken with the commercial manager at the local store, spoke to territorial manager and neither one has been able to get a hold of representative. Customer is on foot at this moment and is irate over the fact that he has spent good money for a product that has failed. It is now June 27, 2022. I am left with no other choice to get transmission rebuilt at my expense knowing at this point I will probably not be reimbursed nor compensated. Additionally, customer has lost all trust in shop's reputation.Business Response

On 10/16/2021 I purchases a Transmission for my 2014 Chevrolet Impala at ******* **** *****. ******* **** ***** ordered the Transmission from Moveras, LLC address 22 Northwestern Drive, Salem NH 03079. As soon as the transmission came in had it put in my car the very day. I then learned that the transmission I was given was defective. It was confirmed and tested by ******* Auto Repair Inc. as well as ******* **** ***** they both confirmed that the part was defective. The part is under warranty so ******* **** ***** ship the Bad Transmission back to Moveras and it took them 8 months to receive a new transmission. The 2nd Transmission that was sent to me was also defective as well. Each time they have to install the transmission I am charged for the job of installation from the car repair place. So I have been charged twice already to have this defective transmission that is under warranty installed. Moveras is blaming the reason why I can't receive a good transmission on Covid. I have been going back and forth with no resolution for over 8 months now with NO transmission.Business Response

We purchased and had a transmission installed it worked for a few months then we had it replaced. Shortly after the install we had it repaired. Now less than 2000 miles later on he bell house is cracked. The company will not return calls or emails. We just spent $1900 for having one rebuilt and installed.Business Response

I AM DISABLED AND LIVE WITH MY 90 YR OLD AUNT. MY MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION WENT out on my only vehicle i have that i use to go to dr appointments and also take my aunt. I bought a moveras transmission in July of 2021 and had it put in along with a new motor and new radiator. I received the truck on November 2021 after being without for 7 months due to such a high labor demand from COVID VIRUS! when I picked it up I didn't go 1 mile before it started slipping going from 3rd gear to overdrive. I WAS PUT ON A FIRST IN FIRST OUT LIST WHICH took 45 days to come in. I had to borrow the money to have it fixed and when I had to put ANOTHER ONE in I didn't have the money and couldn't get another loan . Here I am having to pay users for rides to Dr visits me and aunt. After I knew I had to get it changed again and PAY FOR THE LABOR I had no clue what to do? Living day to day on disability and guy who did job said it would take atleast 3 months to do it so I had to save as much each month as I could. Beings he had truck already on rack he pulled transmission so when new one came in it would be ready to install when I had the $659.. after saving it he installed transmission on may 10th. He told me to call advanced auto to see if they offered labor reimbursement that some do that? I was never told anything about that. So when I asked I was given a number to call and I was told wrapped around the bell housing was a booklet that said in there I had 1 month after transmission was delivered to have it picked up, installed, paid for, and a claim started to get anything back for labor reimbursement? HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? THE GUY WORKING FOR THEM IN COMM. DEPT. DIDNT EVEN KNOW THAT TO TELL ME? AND A BOOKLET NOT GIVEN TO YOU AND TIED TO TRANSMISSION IN A BOX THAT BUSINESS PUTTING IT IN PICKS UP SO HOW CAN YOU EVEN KNOW ABOUT IT? I bought a transmission at the local ******* ****. Brought the transmission, transmission didn't come for 3 weeks. Once the transmission was put in only 6 to 7 months later the transmission went faulty. Then had to wait another 3 to 4 months before they sent the part to fix it. The piece that they sent me went bad within another 2 months. We've spoken with Mr. ******* and have sent out a replacement remanufactured transmission to him at no charge, He should receive it by tomorrow or Wednesday. If there is anything else that he needs I've told him that he can contact me personally.
