            I never received any contract from **** My split-type air conditioners were operating slowing **** sent over his labor persons - **** said that ** were ok - Later - I call back and stated that the air was not working again he sent the labor persons back to my house again - **** called and said that it was the ** unit not working - he said he would call ********* company to see if the unit would be covered because of the unit was under warranty 5 years. Several weeks went by, the labor persons came over and work on my house + my units on 2 days, but I was never told that is unit was mine - not the new one I was told that the labor peoples put new pipes in **** never called me regarding that I was not given a new unit I received an invoice in the mail of ********. When I received the invoice I question why the unit needed all this work. I though is was a new unit. **** stated that the unit was mine - no new unit (But you never told me that I was not getting a new unit) and I was neve told by you no new unit and that you were just going to fix my old unit with all new replacement! he then shut the phone off - I call ********** and that I was told that **** never talk about a unit for me. They do not give out new units! He lied to me when he told me that was getting whole new unit. My sister is sending a letter.
