      Processed my order on their advertised price at Gun.deals then cancelled without letting me know. When I tried reordering they jacked up the price for more than $200. I want them to honor the price they originally process but does not respond to my email.

      The order was not processed/billed due to not being in stock at the warehouse you ordered from. There is no promotions for this item at any other warehouse. The item was sold out. Please note you were never billed. Have a nice day.

      I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: As I mentioned before it was charge to my credit card then credited and then they sent me a new link for higher price. The charge was not in question here but the tricky business practice. If they do not have the item in stock why is it that they still have it available in their website to be ordered at higher price. Please review the screenshots of their website previously sent before responding with lies. Thanks

      It is no use talking to them. They won't admit and refuse to honor what I presented.. My credit card was charge but was credited too. My point was after they credit my card they sent me another email offering the same item at higher price

      On 06/20/23 I ordered a $1200 firearm from Vizards which was listed as being in stock via order number 186324. Their website boasted that in stock items ship within 3 business days. Over a week went by and nothing was ever shipped out. I tried calling several times but it is almost impossible to get someone on the phone. I finally spoke with Scarlett who told me the item should be shipping out in a few days. A few days came and went and nothing was shipped. I called back on 07/06/23 and spoke with Laura who told me the warehouse was closed for the holiday and my item should ship out on Monday (07/12/23). On 07/13 I called and spoke with Scarlett again who told me she's not sure why the item hasn't shipped yet and told me I can either keep waiting or cancel the order. I opted to cancel the order and was told I would get my refund within 3 days. On 07/24 I called and was told they see the cancellation but they're not sure why the order wasn't refunded. I was told someone from their finance department would call me; no one ever did. I called again on 07/28 and was told they would look into it. I opened a dispute with my credit card company and now Vizards is seeking a 15% restocking fee on an item which was never shipped to me. To date they have not issued a refund for an order that was cancelled a month ago. I would like a full refund issued to my credit card for this order as it was never shipped out so a restocking fee is not owed. I was also not told of this fee when I was given the options of either cancelling or continuing to wait for the item to ship.

      I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: 

      This business’s response to my credit card dispute is exactly what the problem is. Vizards has advised American Express that they are refunding my order less a 15% restocking fee. This business never shipped the item I ordered so there is nothing to restock. It is unacceptable to advertise that in stock items generally ship same day or up to 3 business days then fail to ship an “in stock” item for a month and then pursue a restocking fee when cancelled. I will be more than happy to cancel my Amex dispute and remove my negative reviews if this business refunds my order in full.

      I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because:  The business response does Not even make sense.  their response is misspelled, it's states I need to 'pit' vs. PUT in a request with GB...who the heck is GB, I have no idea.  typical for this business,  I sent them multiple emails and never heard a thing,.. now they want me to put in a request to GB..what the heck is GB?  If they'd explain what that is, I'm happy to put in a request.  It certainly isn't the name of the business.   So I'm still at a loss as to how to proceed and No I Don't accept their response.   This seems to be the biggest complaint for this business.  

      Please let me know what you hear from the business.  a 'definition' of who GB is and How to put in that request.   Thank you so much for your help.

      I ordered a gun on June 27th (13 days ago), I have since emailed their customer service 6 times to ask for shipping information, never received 1 reply. Today I called in and spoke to a rude young lady who put me on hold for 10 minutes, then was snappy with me that because of the holiday my order should ship out within the week. I told her I was not happy with my service and wished to cancel my order. She said you cannot cancel an order over the phone and I had to email, then raised her voice at me when I didn't know the "right" email address. I had emailed customer service, just as the web page says to do, as well as tried to do this through their online chat, which also told me to email that customer service. It has been two weeks, I want my money back. My order number was #*******

      On march 17,2023 i ordered two boxes of ammo from vizards guns and ammo with shipping and tax it came up to $98. On march 24,2023 the tracking number showed the package was delivered with a picture of the package sitting on a gate well i dont have a gate in my driveway and i did not recieve the package. I have been trying to either get my money back or vizards to resend the package i didnt recieve the package and thats not my fault but im the one paying for it vizards has done nothing to resolve this issue. All i want is my money back

      They charged a large amount of restocking fee 10 minutes after the online order. This order has not even been registered with the warehouse, so there was nothing to "restock". I am out $92 for a mistake. Normal request for consideration to not charge me that much for nothing has been refused with a rude attitude.

      Hello,

      As stated previously, you requested us to ship an illegal gun to your dealer. We do not ship high capacity magazines or illegal guns per your state laws. The cancellation fee was applied as stated in our policy when you made the purchase as well as via email when you requested the cancellation. You had the option to select a state compliant firearm and chose not too and requested a cancellation. Your local police chief would also not supply his ffl license nor agree to accept this firearm on your behalf.

      This is false information again. This customer, ******* **** is an ffl dealer (****** **** *********** *** **** *** * **** ***** ******** *****) who cancelled his order a few days after he placed the order. He claimed that his customer did not want to wait the few days for it to ship even though we clearly stated shipping delays up to 10 business days. We were beyond generous and cancelled his order. He was already refunded last month. The cardholder is not owed anything. We have already discussed this with the cardholder via email and telephone over 15 times now. I am not sure why he is reaching out again...

      On November 30, 2022, I ordered a Smith & Wesson Model 29 in 44 Mag from VizardsGunsAndAmmo.com for $1399.99. Their website said they had 1 in stock. They committed to shipping it to my local FFL in 10 business days. 14 business days later, the wrong gun arrived- a Model 27 in 357 mag. I called my FFL before I picked up the gun and was made aware it was the wrong weapon. When confronted by phone, Vizards interrogated me as if I had made the mistake. Vizards told me they would ship the correct gun to me as soon as the incorrect gun was returned to them. They did not keep their word. According to the separate business that Vizards actually ordered the firearm from (this completely separate business is in Texas), Vizards actually ordered the wrong gun from them. Vizards never had my gun in stock, neither did this other company in Texas. Vizards happily took my money when they never even possessed what they sold me. Yet here we are, January 17, 2023, and I’m still waiting on the refund Vizards told me they would refund me. Vizards rarely answers the phone when called, and doesn’t reply to emails. So getting in touch with them is virtually impossible.

      I order a product order number #176961 for the sum of $2, 209.99 on April 2nd, 2022. Since that date I have not received the item for which I paid for. I have made numerous attempts to get a resolution as they failed to provide the product or to issue a full refund. I am at the point of extreme frustration. As my email and phone calls seem to be ignored and falling on deaf ears. I am an Army veteran of 24yrs of honorable service. To think that this is how a business would take money from a veteran and refuse to issue a refund for a product that was never delivered is beyond all reasonable and rational thinking. I ordered the product they claimed at the time on they website that stated it was “In Stock” and in reality it was NOT in stock and they were able to deliver. I have called Vizards Guns and Ammo retail supplier (******* ****) and they told me that they could not forward the product order #176961 to Vizards Guns and Ammo because the product is no longer being imported into the United States for the near future. So I again approached Vizards Guns and Ammo company and spoke with customer service and told them that I knew for a fact that they will not be able to provide me with the product that I ordered. They tried to have me choose another brand or product, which I declined, because they do not have any similar product that I originally ordered. All I reasonably ask is that they fully refund me my money ($2, 209.99) which is only fair. I have repeated requested from customer service to have a supervisor contact me to resolve this issue and since May 2022 NO supervisor from Vizards Guns and Ammo has contacted me to resolve this issue. This is why I have chosen the BBB to help bring a resolution to this issue. It is only fair that a company refunds the customer their hard earned money if goods was never rendered. The last update I received on the online platform, I was told 2-3 weeks for my order to ship. At that point it had already been 3 weeks after my order. We’re now nearing 8 weeks post ordering and I haven’t received any recent updates on my order. At this time I just want a refund!!!
