I purchased a firearm that was supposedly in stock. On the 3rd business day of processing I asked for an update on shipping. I was told that there was an issue they couldn't ship 12 round mags to NY. Which I was ok with I told them to ship it with no magazines at all. They responded that they are canceling my order because they won't be told what to die or words to that effect. In my opinion they didn't even have the firearm in stock as it is a hard one to find and they sold it hoping to fulfil it once they received it. They said they'd issue a refund, but I have not received a receipt of a refund.Business response

As stated yesterday, due to New York State laws it is illegal to ship this firearm to you. We will not ship high capacity magazines to law enforcement in New York. You were already refunded in full yesterday. Please refrain yourself from threatening our sales representatives about shipping the firearm illegally. You also received email confirmation as well as the reason why your order was cancelled. In the future, you would need to purchase a legal firearm within your state laws. Good luck! Have a nice day!

I made my third order with the company in the complaint on March 30th. Made 1st order on March 10th and 2nd on March 14th. They seem to be continually luring people with the promise of lower priced ammunition to their website and have a flat rate shipping charge. So the more quantity you order the more it saves you on your cost per round purchase in total. First time I ordered they reduced my order from 18 boxes to 6 and charged me same for shipping. While I wasn't happy they did contact me and I told them it would be ok. I then saw them post 10 boxes of the same type of ammunition for the cheaper rate on their website days later and asked why they didn't just send me that and it looked as if they were trying to save money on shipping to reduce order sizes and weight. (Since they have flat rate shipping) They said it was a misprint in stock which I had a hard time believing, but didn't argue with. Upon placing my third order for 10 boxes of cheaper ammunition I also placed an order for 10 boxes of more expensive ammunition because the flat rate shipping made it worth buying both types because they were the same name brand and specifications. Never heard anything from them on shipment so I emailed and tried calling with no answer. Got a notice that half my order shipped for full shipping rate and of course the more expensive ammunition without me approving this. They simply cancelled part of my order once again for the third time. Called customer service and while the girl on the phone was nice , she simply said that I couldn't return the items for my money back or get any type of refund even though they changed my order costing me money on average cost per round. Costs me a lot more per use of one item than it would have if they would of fulfilled my order correctly. Was told higher management wasn't working but would be in next day. Called next day and left message earlier in day and told them I would hope to hear from them by end of day. I didn't hear back.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:They false advertise on their website , they ship altered orders without consent, they refuse to accept that they charge customer extra when altering orders. 3 times in a row when ordering advertised a cheaper price and when you order anything along with your order they will cancel the cheaper items because it costs them more on shipping and ship more expensive items at a flat rate for less items to save themselves money and cost you more. Asked for the order to be cancelled and they refused and was told no already shipped. They followed with , no refunds , no discounts. All I wanted was the items I ordered at the agreed upon price but they failed to live up to their end of the order and I in turn got punished with no restitution or means of cancellation or refunds. Very shady business that has customer service that just tell you same line, no refunds, no returns. Mean while they profited more off my order and in turn cost me more.

On Monday , January 3rd, I ordered product from Vizard's. A credit card was used and I put in some part of the information incorrectly. I then filled the order in again fixing the problem and the transaction went through. Later that day a Vizard's tech person cancelled my order and they sold the product to someone else. I called and asked why I was not contacted if they thought there was a problem. Vizard's customer service did not offer me any help. There own website said they can't cancel your order once it goes through so they violated their own policy. I simply want the order filled as I have asked them from the beginning. if they can cancel my order they surely can cancel the order made after mine and give me the product I paid for.Business response

Before ordering I checked their website to determine is they shipped ammunition to California. I found on their FAQ that they did indeed ship to CA. All they needed was my FFL to provide their FFL information which is very standard. With this in mind, I placed my order on a Friday and my FFL provided the information as required on Sunday. On Tuesday, I was getting worried, because I had not received any notification of shipment so I tried to call them. No one answered. I tried again via text through their website (no one answers the phone there). I asked when will my order ship and Vanessa stated she needed FFL info. I explained that this was provided on Sunday and she stated they cannot ship to my FFL because my FFL didn't provide a specific type of license (01 gun license). I explained I ordered AMMO not a gun and my FFL was licensed in the state of CA to purchase and sell ammo. Vanessa insisted they needed a 01 gun license. I also mentioned that this requirement was never disclosed on their website or I would have not ordered because gun dealers in CA charge 20-30% for FFL services on ammo. I mentioned to Vanessa that none of this info was on their website and I kid you not, Vanessa was in the process of changing the website to reflect what she was telling me as we text back and forth. She then presented it to me as if it was there all along. Fortunately for me, I took a snap shot of the website page before it was changed (attached). Instead of stating this was their mistake and returning my money in full, they lied and tried to CYA so they can charge me 15% for canceling my order (which was never pulled, packaged, or fulfilled). I would like a refund of 15% plus I would like to warn other buyers of the ethics and dishonesty of this company.Business response

As stated online and on previous communications, per CALIFORNIA state laws, all ammunition orders are required by law to ship to an 01 FFL LICENSED DEALER. You stated you did not want to ship to an 01 dealer because you do not want to pay the state transfer fee. CALIFORNIA requires ammunition to conduct a background check for all transfers. We will not ship ammunition to a non 01 ffl dealer. Have a nice day. As I explained, I purchase ammunition from across the country from multiple vendors who reside in multiple states. They were all able to ship ammunition to the FFL I provided without issue. Your company is the only company that has ever requested an 01 FFL License which is for the sale of Title 1 firearms and gunsmiths. Note, there are 9 different FFL licenses in the state of California and several of them allow the purchase and sale of ammunition. There is also a California Ammunition Vendor License that allows vendors to sell ammunition ONLY, hence they do not need an 01 FFL licenses. Please consult someone in the know, because you obviously do not! My complaint is about your ethics. Changing the website to match your requirements after I made my purchase is dishonest! If this requirement was clearly posted on your website prior to my purchase, I would not have placed the order. I checked and have a copy of the page before you changed it. Instead, you changed your site and tried to pass ** off as if it was there all along to keep 15% of my money. I am no lawyer, but I am sure your actions are illegal. As for your response, it does not address my complaint (your dishonesty). For your information, the FFL I provided does run background checks every time I purchase or pickup ammo, because they are a California licensed ammunition dealer. The fees you are referring to have nothing to do with this case. So I will explain it one more time, I don't ship to 01 gun dealers because they charge 20-30% for FFL transactions. Ammunition dealers charge 3-10% on FFL transactions and is the reason I run my ammunition purchases through them. I provided you a legal FFL licensed to sell Ammunition in the state of California and you rejected them because of your 01 requirement (which was never posted on your site until after I purchased). Again, none of this has nothing to with the case. Refund my 15%.
