Deliveright Logistics has had a shipment of my furniture for almost two months. Every time I have reached out to them, their customer service representative has let me know that they are working on a delivery time when they will be in our area. When I reached out to the company that I purchased the furniture from, they let me know Deliveright was only in my area every ***** days. That does not excuse that it has almost been 2 months. Id like my shipment of bedroom furniture that has just been sitting in a warehouse since 9/4/24.Business Response

I placed order with a company for expensive furniture 3 months ago. It took 2 months for furniture to get shipped to delivery company. Now delivery company has had furniture for a month and still has no delivery date nor have they contacted me. I have called company I ordered furniture from 3 times without any resolution. They just say they are at the mercy of the horrible delivery company they use.Business Response

I ordered a couch on June 24th with an estimated delivery date for July 17th. Deliveright is the courier service delivering my couch. July 17th came and went and I never received any calls or emails regarding my order. On July 19th, I received an email from Deliveright that said my order was confirmed. It was at this time that I received a new delivery date for July 22nd from Deliveright. July 22nd came and went, and still no couch. After multiple attempts at contacting ****** Furnitire and Deliveright, no one could tell me where my order was or when I would received. Deliveright said to contact ****** and ****** said contact Deliveright. On July 30th, I received an update in the Deliveright tracking system that said the item was ready for schedule. On the same day I received another update that the item was in transit. On August 2nd, I received a new update that said the "Order placed on hold". After getting in contact with customer service, I was told that all items were at the final terminal but the hold was placed by the ****** Furniture and I needed to contact them to release the hold. After multiple days of back and forth, Deliveright then changed the status on August 8th to "Order in transit" again. After speaking with someone on the phone, they said that not all items were at the final terminal and that was the reason for the hold. This goes against what I was previously told. It is now August 19th, and since the 8th I have been told my item is "ready to be scanned" and once its scanned they can deliver. No one with 100% certainty can tell me when the item will be delivered or what the hold is. Where is my couch that paid quite a bit of $ for? I was told I would be called my my "account **** but have not received any calls. I simply would like an explanation on where my couch is and when it will be delivered. We are now over one month past the original delivery date. I realize the original issue is with ******, but for 20+ days now it falls on Deliveright.Business Response

We have tried to be as forth coming with the issues you have dealt with and work with you to have your product delivered. Unfortunately, the delay in your delivery is due your point of purchase, not Deliveright. Please reach out to them.
We at Deliveright strive to make each delivery as smooth as possible and we understand you are frustrated, which is why I called you personally to help have your items delivered. We spoke this morning and we offered you a date and compensation and my understand you were in agreement and said no problem you understand.

Two accent chairs were ordered in January 2024 from club furniture in **************. Chairs were ready for shipment from Virginia to ************, ** on 3/20/24. Deliveright contact information and tracking number were supplied. The tracking was useless as the chairs were not picked up for a week and upon contact no one seemed to know where they were. Repeated calls, texts, emails provided little help. The agents seemed to have only robotic repeated responses. Delivery could be either May 2 or May 17 and if the date changed Id have pay a restocking fee (ridiculous). Finally the chairs were received in **************** on 4/8/24. Contact with agents still gave no offer, suggestions, or efforts about delivery before May 2.Theyre waiting for a full load to my zipcode!!! My location is about 70 miles from Deliveright in ****************- just over 1 hour drive.The system is state of the art AI technology, but its a failure. Club furniture has paid for the shipping and of course I paid club furniture for the chairs. I dont know if the chairs are sitting outside or in warehouse, but its not acceptable that my purchases are held hostage to an ineffective system. I want my chairs now. Put them in a van and drive to my location.Of course I will not recommend Deliveright or Club Furniture because of the delivery fiasco.As a side note, several months ago I ordered a large area rug from an online retailer and it was delivered from ************ to my door in ********** within 3 days. Deliveright is not up to the job and their performance does not match their glossy website.Business Response

I ordered couches from a company that uses deliveright as the shipping provider. Since the couches were turned over to deliveright, the process has been an absolute nightmare. They received the couches from the provider on Feb 27th and I have been waiting over a month to receive them. They had a delivery date scheduled on March 30th, tomorrow, from 10 pm - 1 am. I called and questioned why the delivery would be so late as we have kids that would be sleeping and they stated that was a glitch and that it would come much earlier and that they would call me whenever they had the correct time frame within the day. Never received a call so I contacted them the next day only to be told that they overestimated their delivery schedule and that they would not be delivering the couches on March 30th after all. To make matters worse, they stated they had no estimate on when my delivery will be rescheduled so we are looking at another potential long delay. It should not take over a month for my items to be delivered and I am so frustrated with the service this company has provided. It will be close to a month and a half at the very earliest before these most likely get delivered. I could get a truck and do their job myself faster than this.Business Response

Deliveright is inflating the cost of delivery and lying about it. They charged me **** stating that the delivery would need 3 delivery men. They arrived with 2 and damaged the pieces. The pieces were thrown on their truck with no protection and then the drivers broke the leg of the dresser and the dresser arrived warped from items being stacked on it.Business Response

I have tried several attempts to get my ordered delivered. First delivery was set up for March 28th where I had to take off work to be at home for delivery. I waited all day to get my order delivered and no one showed. I reached out asking why no one showed and yet they stated there was a mistake and not all the order arrived on time after the company stating it was there. Next delivery scheduled for April 11th, I reach out today because I notice online my delivery date is no longer showing. No surprise here, they said when it was originally scheduled, we didnt have all the pieces yet but its here now but we cant get it out to you tomorrow okay so when were you going to inform the customer this? *** had to reach out twice for answers and at this point wouldnt trust the company to deliver anything. I have tried to contact the executive team at Deliveright to resolve my issue of them rescheduling my delivery over two times already. I have been unsuccessful with getting an answer from their customer service team and even a manager named ******. The manager took no accountability and couldn't answer any of my questions regarding where the merchandise is and who is responsible for making contact with the carrier who is shipping the merchandise to their hub. I took off work to wait for both deliveries that were cancelled. The deliveries were scheduled with Deliveright one for October 26 and the other for November 9, 2022. BOTH appointments were cancelled 24 hours prior to delivery. I called numerous times and even asked to speak to someone from their leadership team as I shouldn't be responsible for tracking down the merchandise and following up on the status of the delivery. In fact, Deliveright never even reached out to me prior to me doing the leg work and contacting Overstock where I purchased the item from and was given Deliverights information. I then made contact with them to schedule my delivery. I'm afraid if I didn't contact them I would still be waiting in the wind for a call from them. They are unorganized and extremely unprofessional. In addition, the manager "******" was unempathetic and seemed uninterested in my concerns. I am awaiting my order #*********** to be delivered. We have scheduled two previous dates with Deliveright and they have not delivered the furniture either time. I have waited on this furniture since February 2021 and now it is sitting in a warehouse 2.5 hours away from my home. Deliveright can give NO GUARANTEED delivery date and it is beyond frustrating. This company and its customer service is a joke. Do not order furniture from ******************* Furniture or its affiliates because it will contract your delivery through Deliveright and you will continue waiting for furniture to be delivered months after it has arrived at a warehouse.Business Response
