      This company is a fraud. We got our panels installed but they added $5000 to our loan to cut down a tree that covers our whole roof. 6mo later and we never got the tree removed or the money for it. Now we are paying the loan plus the electric bill. Just heard the company went out of business. Avoid at all cost!!!

      I a Saabbm 8- years old and have delt wit a lot of companys in my life time. This is the worst one ever.Had I known more about them I would not have gone with them. It took 1 year from date if instulation till the pannels were activated. Now I am 18nonths waiting for my $500 sign on bonus. Just now the girl on the phone told me to call after the 1st of the new Year, that is when the funds will be abaiable . I am sorry my spelling is so bad but I am upste that I fell for this,/ ***********************.

      Vision Solar is a terrible company. I was referred to me them by a friend and the salesperson came to my house and did a convincing pitch. I agreed to the installation and has been living in a nightmare since. This has been going on for the past two years. I have failed nine inspections by my city. The panels were installed, then had to be removed, and is still lying beside my house and I am paying for something I am not getting any use from. The company does not care about their customers, their main theme is getting their business deal then the hold customers at their mercy with panels being paid for and no service for the consumer, but they are receiving revenue!

      Was bamboozled by this company. Was told wed have enough solar power to bank and use on cloudy days. In the middle of summer, with king sunny days, still didnt produce enough to cover our usage. We are an older couple in a small cottage. We now pay double. For the solar panels and the electricity its doesnt cover. My husband is a veteran and we live in a military town. This is despicable.

      Company is a scam, They also will not stop contacting me on a daily basis. Some days multiple times a day. Their call centers do not honor being asked to have a number removed from a call list.

      Very bad company!. Failed solar power installation twice!. Refuse to pay me for October 2023 electric bill of $211.78 when solar power inverter broke down. It took them 1 month to reactivate my electric power (I was provided auxiliary power by FPL).

      These people are installing panels on my neighbors roof. First they show up with a dog on Sat Oct 29, I would say no older then 18, and a girl we thought was a child. I have there dog peeing in my yard on film, the animal was left to cry in front of my house all day! Disgusting! In this county you can not do this after 5pm on Sat they were here til 8pm. Only three panels went up, AFTER I told them this is a townhome, you can not put that on our roof, and if you damage my property I will call police. I do not want this garbage on my roof, they are placing this on a 13 year old roof, that has an indent from water damage, I have taken pics, half are not installed correctly, the bolts are showing, the lines are showing??? This morning they showed up are after 9am, neighbor was at work, you would this they know this, three of them all over my yard! I went out and asked can I help you? They all acted as if they did not speak English though I heard them clearly, they took the ladder down? They bolted! Judging by this I would never use this company, I feel they are scamming her, they have no regard for my property. I have now notified my HOA, and the police because something shady is going on with these people. Absolutely disgusting behavior from a company, if they wanted more business in here, believe me your sales people, your lawsuits and this has convinced them to stay away. Teach your employees respect!

      Solar panels have been off my roof for over a year. My roofs been leaking for over 3 years due to the roof not being installed properly. My house has a lot of water damage due to them ignoring my complaints about my leaking roof. This has been a prolonged issue that has not been resolved. Everytime we talk ti a representative they tell us they can't find a contractor in our area to come out and/or they don't receive the estimates for the 2 vendors that did come out, but there are other people in the area that are getting Solar panels installed and their roofs replaced by Vision Solar. So obviously they have contractors in this area. It's just been a lot of bs.

      We did not even end up purchasing solar from them. We had an issue with the neighbors trees preventing us from moving forward. MONTHS later they called and we received financing information after we had clearly told them to KILL the deal. Several months later and after talking to 4 more representatives saying I owe them money from terminating the finance agreement we never signed they are still coming after us, pressuring us to go through with the panels otherwise we owe a 10% fee. Pushy sales reps, and not trustworthy people.
