    I was so disappointed in our experience with this dealership. We have been looking for a used car for several weeks and came across so many shady used car dealerships that we thought that going to a dealership would keep people honest. Lynnes Hyundai in ********** turned out to be just as shady as local garages in *********** with scams at every turn of the process. Aside from an absolutely horrific calling/texting/email sales department that had nothing but empty promises, todays sales interaction with Diaina and Axel topped the cake. After a test drive and days of unanswered text messages, promised calls and emails, the email quote I received today had an extra $1995 "accessory fee," a $895 processing/doc fee and a $258.50 government fee......on a pre-owned 2018 Hyundai ******. When I called and and let everyone know that the price was not only different from what I was told during the test drive, but also for the listing on their own website, it was explained to me that the car has a different price for a cash offer. So I took the time with Axel to read over the find print on the web site so he could show me where that was explained and it was not there. His explanation........"well it did use to say that on the details."So after I explained what a terrible experience this has been to all the parties I spoke with at the dealership, I was supposed to get a call back from Axel after he spoke with the manager to see what he could do. I know you will be shocked to know this.......after all the empty promises, this last one was not fulfilled. Run away from this dealership and always ask for an email with the fees up front so you have it in writing. We tried to get them to do that and they didn't do it for days.......now we know they were trying to hide something. We could have saved a lot of time if they had shared early as we asked. I am sure someone will respond here and say how sorry they are for the bad experience but save your time and shop somewhere else.

    Somehow, they always manage to get you. I can't figure out what's going on with the dealers around herethey all lie and know how to conceal hidden fees. They even edit documents to justify those fees. I felt scammed on a whole new level. This experience has left me feeling scammed and extremely upset. I am requesting a proper resolution to this matter. I need a clear and honest breakdown of all the charges without hidden fees and unwanted items I didn't ask for, a second key fob, every vehicle I ever purchased in the past came with two keys fob. I dont know who else has the second key for my new car. I dont feel secure knowing there is a second key out there that can open my vehicle and a resolution for the scratches on the vehicle

    Terrible customer service. Dropped out car for service on Thursday, it is now Monday and no call or answer a call to report the status. To when repairs will be made.

    My daughter took her car in for maintenance service on 1/17/23. *************************** was her service person. When she picked it up, the charges were twice what they quoted her and some of the work that claimed to have done and charged for was not done. I have left 5 messages for ****** , left an email for the person that collects feedback and left a text with them also. I would like to discuss the charges and work done/not done. No one has bothered to respond to any of my attempts to reach out. They are not transparent about the work and charges to be done, they don't appear to do all the work they say they do and they have abosolutely NO regard for customer service.

    Absolutely terrible..very shady indeed. I put a deposit down of over $500 in Oct 2022, the deal didn't happen..They have delayed returning my refund for over 4 mts at this point. I will now have to look into Small claims court, which I'm willing to do..I'm retired and can dedicate some time into that..my advice to anyone looking to purchase a car is to run as fast as you can from these guys, they have basically taken my money and want to hold onto it. I have to ask myself the question Is business that bad that you can't afford to return customers money, the money isn't yours its mine and I want my money back. The manager gives me a total runaround any time I ask for it back,it's pathetic

    customer canceled credit card we gave her a check for $150 and the other was canceled she gave us a different card because the one we took the money on was cancelled. But all money was refunded.
