      I visited this business and spoke to a credit manager by the name of Adam. He promised me that they guy that he had checking my credit will be a soft pull, but it ended up being a hard pull and making my credit score drop 30 points. As you can see by the uploaded emails I talked to a Sarah about it and she said she would forward to Adams attention but they never did anything about it. They keep sending me texts to sell me a car. Had it not been for what they did I would have a credit score over 700 but because of what they did I can't get the credit that I need. I want them to contact the credit bureaus and correct what they did. Thank you.

      Bought a car from him and he sold me a junkier *** tried to work with him to help out but he has not now hes giving the round now always has an excuses til today I have not received any paperwork from the car lot or the bank that gave me the loan please help and tell how I can get my money back

      Date of contract was 9/2/22 to purchase a 2010 ***** CX7. I gave a ***** deposit but asked him if it was refundable. He said yes. I went to the credit union same day to acquire a car loan.****** the loan officer told *************;sales rep on speaker phone that he needs to fax over the Title and Warranty of car. This is needed before they would even approve loan. He agreed to requested documents. He never sent the information requested. **** was denied. I used credit cards but they denied refund. Can you help me to receive my deposit back of $*****? I am on disability i feel he abused me as a female as well. I have contract and text messages if needed.Thank you much.

      I bought a car 2010 ***** Accord(6,899+taxes) on 9/16/22 with a 3month warranty for $200.00. On 9/17/22 the check engine light came on and the engine is hesitant to accelerate. I am also having electrical issues , the radio doesnt work, the windows get stuck, the charger port works then doesnt& the key lock works when it wants to. I reported all these issues to the manager of the car lot and hes telling me I cannot switch my car for an equal value car or he wants me to take the trade in value of my car which is around $2500. Today would be day 10 of me having the car because hes telling me he cant do anything abt it until Thursday September 29, 2022 when the owner comes back from *****(if he comes back that day). Would anybody be able to give me some advice on what I legally can and cannot do? Thanks!
