    They do not honour their end of the bargain. I bought a bundle with a jug and a tub and only got the tub. ******** services told me I was in the wrong because ''I didn't order it in time'' while they were still selling it. They basically told me ''better luck next time''. There shouldn't be luck when paying for something, this isn't a lottery. They should better themselves and focus on delivering what we paid for.

    ordered a product that was supposed to ship with a shaker jug, clearly was a bundle, ordered as soon as it dropped only shipped the caffeine powder no jug, then was told they would not compensate or do anything to aid in their PRODUCTION error of not being able to fulfill properly ordered bundles, after one whole year of orders they have lost a customer thanks to their terrible customer service and lack of care towards their customers, complete order was a scan for something they did not plan to fulfill, order from other companies, not this one that rips you off and doesn't give a **** about their community. Worst experience ever. nonhelpful staff.

    My partner ordered a specific flavored powder due to the fact that it came with a free plastic shaker bottle. They sent the flavored powder without the bottle. My partner thinking it was an honest mistake contacted them. They said that they couldn't send the bottle. All they had to offer was a full refund if we shipped it back. Gamer Supps wouldn't cover the shipping and not everyone has time to go to the post office. After going back and forth with them, all they had to offer was a 15% for next time. So pretty much be careful ordering from them.

    Terrible taste, I bought three of them and only one I kept drinking for a bit but then it got all clumpy from the humidity after like a month so I threw them all out. Not worth a *****

    There is absolutely no false advertising. Though customer's have to pay shipping they offer 4 valid proportions and available flavors free to try before anyone decides to buy anything. The very first time I ordered from them, at the time it had seemed to take longer from order placement, shipping out the order and then finally arriving. HOWEVER -- Myself, boyfriend, and roommate all have ordered continuously from them and can positively say over the past half year or more they have REALLY sped up the process!I have tried other energy powder drinks - tolerable (even well-known brands). While individual tongue receptors and personal tastes make flavors regarded different by multiple people, they are honest in taste description and ARE NOT GRAINY or OVERPOWERING, or fake/sugary tasting (unless flavor calls for it). Biggest Plus is I can honestly tell the difference in my mental clarity and physical well-being after drinking, was amazing when I truly had NO CRASH, and after trying a few flavors I liked well-enough ended finding that one I LOVE. Many, many orders over the months with no product degradation or failure of any kind.Had to go w/out ordering for 1-2 months and missed the flavor first, energy boost and better-than-other-caffeine-drinks physical "calmness". No jitters, no overwhelming surge, ... all subtle at start/finish with undeniable success as a flavored, and yes even caffeinated, beverage. I appreciated the fact they list the *** warning of servings per day right on the product and on their online store.(Depending on soda/energy drink spending habits, may come to be cheaper.)

    The product I ordered, a shaker cup, took a long time to ship after I placed my order. However, this was transparent as it was stated in the disclaimer prior to me ordering. The reason why I am giving Gamer Supps 1 star is because the product I received is defective and there is no recourse to fix the issue. The cup I purchased leaks all over even when the lid is secured tightly. I emailed customer support, who was unprofessional in their responses, and was told that they do not have extra lids/cups to replace my defective item. Afterwards, I asked to start a return process and they told me I was past the ******************************************* that time frame. **************** has now stopped responding to my email and left me with a product that I cannot use. This review is written to inform potential buyers the unprofessional business practices Gamer Supps uses.

    I ordered the "Gamer Sleeves" from them. I had ordered a pair with the ********* design and a pair of the ***** design. Keep in mind ********* ONLY comes in Dark Slate Blue and the ninja design ONLY comes in crimson red. So my order comes and I received two that had the ***** design (no neko maid) and not only that they were both somehow neon orange, a color that is not even offered.I contacted them and they sent me new ones free of charge which I was initially pleased about. Well when they come I got the right designs this time but once again the ***** was neon orange and the neko maid was lilac purple. Keep in mind even on the box it said purple - this isn't even a color that is offered.This time I contacted them again to tell them there was something still wrong and they gaslit me and said that the colors looked about right. I even put them next to a red xbox controller and a blue xbox controller and you can clearly see the sleeves are purple and orange, not red and blue. They had me send them 3 different reference pics and I had to send him an image to their site showing that it clearly says they come in Crimson and Dark Slate Blue. He said he would be forwarding it to a supervisor and I didn't hear back for 3 weeks.I contacted them again today to ask if there was an update and once again they said it looked like I got the right colors (colors these don't even come in) and didn't offer me any help.
