Dear Seabrook ***** I am writing this letter to officially file a complaint against your facility for the unprofessionalism and lack of ethics displayed throughout my stay. I self-admitted to Seabrook on April 12, 2023, to safely detox from alcohol and completed the program on April 22, 2023. However, I have faced nothing but issues and challenges since then.My primary concern is regarding the medication I was prescribed by Dr. ********************** Despite several attempts made by me and my PCP to contact ************** or another qualified medical staff member daily, we have yet to receive any response since April 22, 2023. It is unacceptable and unethical to leave a patient in the lurch, especially when it comes to a sensitive health issue like this.Furthermore, I have also reached out to ***************************** regarding billing issues and down-payment charges on my account. Despite the numerous voicemails left by me daily and no return calls, ***************************** has remained unresponsive since April 25. I have tried to reach out to other members of the staff, including the **** ******************************, with no success. In fact, all employees claim that someone will reach out to me, but that has not been the case. It is clear that your facility lacks basic communication protocols and does not take the concerns of patients seriously.Due to the evasive and unprofessional behavior of the Seabrook **** staff and management, I have filed a formal complaint with the ** ******** of ****** Health and ********* Services, and a pending complaint with the **** NAATP, and have reached out to the ** Attorney General as well.Lastly, I would like to request a call or in-person meeting with *************************** to resolve the issues at hand, particularly with regards to ************** and ****************************** I hope that Seabrook **** takes the necessary steps to make sure such issues do not occur with anyone else in the future.
