My incident occurred at store #****. I simply walked in to purchase a few items and looking for a cell phone stand. Since I was unfamiliar with the store I asked a young lady walking my way if she knew where they were located. She ignored my question and gave me a look of I want to hurt you and glared at me evil like and leave me alone. Being naive and ignoring her attitude. I thought maybe I was misinterpreting her look and assumed she had just not heard me. I again asked her the question and she huffed annoyed and said annoyed and I can kill you now tone "go over there and do your **** thing". While waving and snapping her fingers. I was gonna leave the situation alone but I realized that the way she was looking at me and acting was not correct. I did tell her to leave her job if she was so unhappy but she was in the customer service business. She ruined my New Years Day. I complained to the manager ****** she apologized but the register girl said they had several complaints about her. I don't know what upper management is thinking but this girl is seriously dangerous. I was able to get her first name, **** but not her last name. This ***** lady is trouble because I really felt like she wanted to hurt me for asking a very simple question.Initial Complaint

A manager name *************************** at Burlington on ************ address **** brandywine common ************** in ********. Kicked me out of the store claiming that a security guard caught me stealing in the dressing room and told me to never come back which is all false. I also provided her with a receipt and tried to exchange my item and was still told to leave in front of the whole store which made me feel so embarrassed and ashamed. Im asking for just fairness and also justice that this happens to no one else.Initial Complaint

I went into Burlington on 12/9/2021 , I made one purchase was told to swipe my card 3 times after it was approved but a receipt was never printed. $95 was taken off of my card and the manager told me it was my bank my bank statement shows Burlington has my funds . I cannot get burlington to stop emailing me. I know this sounds stupid but I have tried everything and they keep saying they won't email any longer and will remove me from their list and I continually get emails several times each week. After emailing support, calling support, messaging them on ********* unsubscribing from the emails directly using the instructions at the bottom of the email and spoke with them several times on the phones and in emails to have my email ********************* removed from their mailing list I continue to receive emails. It's harassment at this point and no matter who I talk to no-one has been able to get this resolved.Initial Complaint

I have had the credit card with Burlington for some time.# ****. I paid off last purchases and started using card a few months ago. I am trying to keep my credit in good standing. I have paid my **** on the due date. But then i noticed the Late Charges. I called Burlington to find out why I am being charged $35 a month for late charges when I paid my **** on the due date. they have charged me more than once. I was told that I did not pay my **** before 6pm so therefor I am late. I do not want any late payments on my credit as I am trying to build up my credit score. I explained this as I asked for the money to be put back on my account and I do not want a late charge in my credit. I was told Sorry but we cant. it is very important to me to pay my bills on time and I knew Nothing of. I have been to the store to pay and the have other rules like they only take cash payments in store. I had to pay by a certain time.6pm is the middle of my day and its no way I can do this as I must wait for my SSI benefits to deposit on the first of the month. I do not want this card as it will affect my credit score.Initial Complaint

We were in the store on 1 Nov 21 at approximately 6:30-7:00 pm in ****************, **. Upon check out, my daughter placed her wallet on the counter and it was gone when we were leaving. There were no other customers near us. Uncertain if employee took wallet or accidentally knocked it into trash or something. Store manager at the time, *******, took my information and assured me surveillance cameras would be looked at and someone would follow up with me. Nobody followed and I contacted the store on 2 Nov 21 @ 4:57pm and spoke to store manager ****, who said he hasnt heard anything about the wallet. I explained to him what I was told by ******* would happen and he said that wasnt going to happen. He then proceeded to hang up on me while I was still speaking, after asking for information for a regional manager.
