    Unfortunately this company has put practices in place that are clearly deceptive and set you up for recurring unauthorized charges to your card. I was originally billed for my 3 month subscription on 12/19/21. I then received 3 boxes which were shipped to me on 12/19, 1/19 and 2/19 respectively. I cancelled my subsc in January immediately after receiving the shipping notification for my 2nd box (well before the auto renewal date of 3/19). I even deleted my credit card and billing information from the account as I did not intend to resubscribe. I was not charged in March (or April). Then randomly at 7a this morning (5/19) I received an email saying my 3 month subsc was renewed. I immediately logged into the online account and could not find any indication of an active subsc or my billing information (which I had deleted several months prior). I figured it was a mistake and emailed them at 8:30a about the error. They responded with a generic reply that unfortunately I did not cancel prior to the auto renewal and therefore was charged. They would be unable to cancel the box order for *** but would refund me the 2 pending boxes. I said absolutely not, I want a full refund, as I cancelled well before the renewal, and if that were true the auto renewal would have processed on 3/19 and it did not because I cancelled my subsc. They replied back stating that I didnt cancel my subsc instead I chose to skip a billing cycle and they showed a screenshot of this alleged change occurring on 1/19. The screenshot proved nothing to me. I explained that again if this were true and I skipped a billing cycle, which is presumably 3 mo for a 3 mo subsc, then it would have renewed in June not ***, because math12/19, 3/19, 6/19, etc. Also, after receiving the initial response I logged into the account and the billing info I had deleted months prior, and was not there at 8:30a, was re-added to my account. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card but am very disappointed.
