    Date of *** delivering my furniture to ************************************************************** was Wednesday September 7th 2022. Date I first called to report the loss was Monday September 12th 2022. I have spoken to the driver **** on numerous occasions. He has continually promised to email the claim form to me at ******************** or mail the claim form to **************************************************************. My last conversation with **** was on Friday September 30th. **** had not emailed or mailed the claim form. I left a voicemail for *** and emailed them at ************************************** on Friday September 30th. As of today, I have received no replies and no claim form.I need the *** claim form to claim my lost belongings.

    This company quotes a price and than takes advantage of customers by asking for more money and hiding additional pricing in contracts. Theyre dishonest and should not be in business.

    All information is stated to the customer multiple times through out the sales process and at pick up. Customer agrees to everything and signs all information when booking the job and as well at pick up to know all total charges.

    I secured BCM to pick up and drop off a mattress from *********** and bringing it to ************. I was assured the delivery date would be on June 30th. At pick up which was supposed to be a day earlier the delivery date was reconfirmed. I was advised a window of time would be provided for the delivery. I called the company multiple times on the 30th and was told someone would call back which never happened. On the July 1, I was told they were supposed to be coming that day and would call to confirm but no call. I called on the 5th because of the holiday weekend and was told the truck was in the shop and as soon as it got out the truck was coming right to me and someone from management would call me. All the while I was speaking with *** who is the owner and he never called back. Here we are a week later July 12th and no call, and no mattress, empty promises and a rude, lying owner and they have been paid in full.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The item delivered was damaged just shy of a month from the guaranteed delivery date. Payment needs to be reimbursed or compensation needs to be provided to repurchase damaged item.

    Per contract there is a 30 day delivery window. If there were any damages to the property the customer is well aware to make written claim to our office so that we can properly reimburse for the damages. The customer has yet to do so.
