    Ordered a part and they shipped it to my old address when I know I put my new one down. So I have them withhold the package at the distribution center. Then they ask for an address change and don't accept any cards. So I ask for a refund since I can't get it and they send me an email saying they won't refund me.

    I as a client made a purchase at Carid,my order was to be delivered on a freight truck, everything was on time,just when the order showed up, it turned out to be the wrong Parts for my Vehicle, ok fine i didnt accept the order so the Driver took it back to be shipped to Carid,so when talkin to a representative from Carid to either ge a replacement or a refund cause it was an error on their end,The representative said that i wasnt getting a replacement and also said i wasnt getting my full money of $****** refunded back to me,that they were goin to give me a $40.00 gift card, WoW what a Scam,I was purchasing a 40 dollar gift card for ****** dollars,Here i am beig cautious about being Scam from ***** or Niggerian Scammers when im experiencing this Scam in my own back yard.This company should not be doin business,

    Ordered a bumper and it came damaged. ****** had refused to bring down my driveway so it was left at the bottom when I wasnt home but that is somehow my fault. Also did not have the clips to attach it. They absolutely will take no accountability and gladly kept my $500. This was my first, last and only purchase from them. No surprise they are bankrupt since this is how they treat customers that they supposedly want to make happy! They scam, lie and then call the customer the liar. Would leave zero stars if I could.

    I ordered an 8ft drop in bed liner from CARiD by mistake. My truck is a 6.5 ft bed. So I called them to find out the return shipping policy. They told me that it is the customer's responsibility to return the item. This item is classified as over sized freight. So I got two different shipping quotes that range between $800-1200 to ship it back to them. I initially only paid $99.00 for them to ship it to me. The total cost of the item was $249.00 plus tax and shipping costs which came out to $377.00. So basically I would have to pay $800-1200 which would cost me more than what the item is worth in order to receive a refund. So the only solution they offered me was a $25.00 gift certificate. Unbelievable!! They said this is the only possible solution for them. So I left them a bad review and then they emailed me to ask if could possibly change my review??? I will NEVER do business with this pathetic company again! So I'm stuck with trying to resell this bed liner that I cannot use. STAY AWAY... They should be ashamed!! I wished I could give 0 stars...

    DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE, THEY RIP YOU OFF IN THIER SHIPPING COST, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR POLICY IS NO REFUND IF YOU BUY A PRODUCT BY MISTIKE AND WANT YOUR MONEY BACK, I BOUGHT A PRODUCT WORTH $18, THE SHIPPING COST $55 AND TAXES $6, SO ALL TOGETHER LIKE $79, THE ONLY REFUND THEY GAVE ME WAS $6, WHAT A SCAM

    Absolutely terrible customer service!! ****** ordered had several dents in it Instead of sending me another hood to replace and send that back 3-5 days So in turn I would need to cancel my body shop appt!!! ************************************************** ?? ?? ?? Never order from. Here!!!!
